Kabupaten Bantul sangat mendorong terciptanya ekonomi masyarkat semakin meningkat, hal ini juga dapat dilihat jika sarana dan prasarana ekonomi khususnya pasar semakin membaik, maka tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah untuk menganalisis seberapa besar pengaruh retribusi pasar, dan menganalisis kontribusi dan efektivitas retribusi pasar terhadap pendapatan asli daerah. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda, dan analisis kontribusi beserta efektivitas. Hasilnya dapat diketahui jika kontribusi retribusi pasar masih di bawah 1%, untuk efektivitasnya sudah sangat efektif. Kata kunci : retribusi pasar, pad, regresi berganda, kontribusi,
