MAKNA PERUBAHAN DALAM IDENTITAS DIRI: PERSPEKTIF FILSAFAT EKSISTENSI SOREN KIERKEGAARD DAN RELEVANSINYA BAGI REVOLUSI MENTAL WARGA INDONESIA

Disertasi ini berjudul Makna Perubahan dalam Identitas Diri: Perspektif Filsafat Eksistensi Soren Kierkegaard dan Relevansinya bagi Revolusi Mental Warga Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) menemukan ide-ide pokok tentang perubahan identitas diri; (2) menemukan konsep-konsep mendasar dalam filsafat eksistensi Soren Kierkegaard; (3) mengungkapkan pandangan filsafat eksistensi Soren Kierkegaard tentang makna perubahan diri; (4) menafsirkan relevansi makna perubahan dalam identitas diri dalam perspektif filsafat eksistensi Soren Kierkegaard bagi revolusi mental warga Indonesia. Penelitian ini termasuk studi kepustakaan dengan berupaya menemukan teks-teks primer yaitu berupa karya-karya yang ditulis oleh Soren Kierkegaard dan sumber sekunder yang berasal dari para penafsir karya-karyanya. Metode-metode yang relevan sebagai langkah konkret dalam penelitian ini adalah: deskripsi, induksi dan deduksi, sintesis, holistika, kesinambungan historis, komparasi, hermeneutika-filsafati, heuristika dan refleksi peneliti. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa makna perubahan dalam identitas diri dalam perspektif filsafat eksistensi mengandung ide tentang kinesis, hasrat diri, narasi perubahan, dan keniscayaan. Filsafat eksistensi Soren Kierkegaard didasarkan pada subjektivitas, rekoleksi, dan repetisi. subjektivitas mengandalkan bahwa eksistensi diri sebenarnya adalah bentukan yang muncul dari gerak subjek untuk mengenal dirinya. Rekoleksi menjadi momen subjek untuk mengumpulkan kembali pengalaman-pengalaman di masa lalu secara apriori yang kemudian berdamai dengan peristiwa di masa lalu. Repetisi merupakan gerak perubahan untuk menemukan makna otentik dari sesuatu yang dijalankan manusia secara terus-menerus demi membangun identitas. Relevansi penelitian ini bagi revolusi mental warga Indonesia yaitu: subjektivitas etis bagi perubahan komunal warga, rekoleksi bagi penyembuhan warga pada peristiwa di masa lalu, dan repetisi bagi pembentukan mental warga di masa depan.

This dissertation is titled The Meaning of Change in Self-Identity: Existential Philosophy Perspective of Soren Kierkegaard and Its Relevance to the Mental Revolution of Indonesian Citizen. This research aims to: (1) find basic ideas about changing self-identity; (2) find fundamental concepts in Soren Kierkegaard's philosophy of existence; (3) express Soren Kierkegaard's philosophical view of the meaning of self-change; (4) interpreting the relevance of the meaning of change in self-identity in the philosophical perspective of Soren Kierkegaard's existence to the mental revolution of Indonesians. This research includes literature studies by trying to find the primary texts in the form of works written by Soren Kierkegaard and secondary sources derived from the interpreters of his works. The relevant methods as concrete steps in this study are: description, induction and deduction, synthesis, holistic, historical continuity, comparison, hermeneutics-philosophy, heuristics and reflection of researchers. The results showed that the meaning of change in self-identity in the philosophical perspective of existence contains ideas about kinesis, self-desire, narrative change, and inevitation. Soren Kierkegaard's philosophy of existence is based on subjectivity, recollection, and reps. Subjectivity relies on that self-existence is actually a form that arises from the subject's motion to get to know himself. Recollection becomes a subject moment to recollect experiences of the past apriorily that then come to self-healing with the events of the past. Repetition is a movement of change to find the original meaning of something that humans run constantly in order to build identity. The relevance of this research to the mental revolution of Indonesians are: ethical subjectivity for community change of citizens, recollection for the healing of citizens in past events, and repetition for shaping mental of citizens in the future.
