Premolar with molar tooth fossils have the function to chew food for easier digestion. This is typical of the Mammal class, one of which is in the family Suidae. Suidae molar tooth fossils can be used as key to species identification. The purpose of this study was to find out the diagnostic character of the Suidae family tooth fossils during the Pleistocene found in Sambungmacan, Sragen, Central Java, to be compared to present-day Suidae. The study also aims to determine the estimated lifespan of Suidae fossil deaths. The materials used are samples of molar tooth fossils collected by Balai Pelestarian Manusia Purba Sangiran Site , Bukuran Cluster Museum, and Sambungmacan Site of Mr. Darsono's collection. The collection of fossilized Suidae teeth is compared to the photo of suidae molar teeth researched by Primasanti (2017) collection LIPI Cibinong. The analysis was done odontoscopy and odontometris observations, followed by PCA (Principal Component Analysis) analysis using MVSP ver 3.1 software, superimpose analysis using Adobe Photoshop CS3, and analysis of estimated age of death using Simon Hillson diagrams. There are three species of Suidae that were researched in Sangiran and Sambungmacan regions, namely Sus brachygnathus, Sus macrognathus, Sus terhaari. The diagnostic character that distinguishes the fossils of Suidae teeth from the present is the cusp form. PCA and superimpose results have different diagnostic characters in each molar tooth. The estimated age of death has a varying mortality age, the youngest age of death is found in the Sus macrognathus molar tooth sample, the age of the older death is found in the Sus brachygnathus molar tooth sample.

Kata Kunci : Sambungmacan, Suidae fossil, diagnostic characters, estimated age at death
