PERANCANGAN SISTEM INFORMASI PELAPORAN DATA RAPID DIAGNOSTIC TEST SATGAS COVID-19 UGM YOGYAKARTA

Latar Belakang: Coronavirus Disease 2019 (Covid-19) merupakan pandemi global yang telah ditetapkan oleh World Health Organization (WHO) sejak tanggal 11 Maret 2020. Kebijakan UGM mengenai gradual repopulation di era new normal membuat satgas covid-19 UGM memberikan pelayanan rapid test di GMC untuk seluruh sivitas akademika UGM sebagai persyaratan berkegiatan di kampus. Pencatatan kegiatan rapid test dilakukan secara manual menggunakan spreadsheet sehingga menyulitkan petugas dalam membuat laporan dan tidak dapat melihat riwayat pemeriksaan secara mudah. Tujuan: Merancang sistem informasi pelaporan data Rapid Diagnostic Test satgas covid-19 UGM sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna. Metode: Perancangan dengan metode SDLC yang dilakukan di satgas covid-19 UGM dan GMC pada bulan Agustus-September 2020 dengan objek perancangan data hasil pemeriksaan rapid test. Subjek perancangan merupakan komandan dan tim medis. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil: Rancangan sistem informasi yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna yaitu sistem berbasis web dengan 6 menu utama, dan dapat menghasilkan output berupa laporan kunjungan pasien, dan hasil pemeriksaan rapid test. Kesimpulan: Perancangan sistem informasi sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna yang mempermudah pengumpulan dan pengolahan data pasien. Diharapkan rancangan dapat diimplementasikan dan diintegrasikan dengan database Simaster UGM.

Background: Coronavirus Disease 2019 (Covid-19) is a global pandemic that has been established by the World Health Organization (WHO) since March 11, 2020. UGM policy regarding gradual repopulation in the new normal era has made the satgas covid-19 UGM provide rapid test services at GMC for all UGM academicians as a requirement for activities on campus. The recording of the rapid test activities was carried out manually using a spreadsheet, making it difficult for officers to make reports and not being able to easily see the history of the examination. Objective: To design a data reporting information system for the Rapid Diagnostic Test of the satgas covid-19 UGM according to user needs. Methods: The design using the SDLC method was carried out at the satgas covid-19 UGM and GMC in August-September 2020 with the object of designing data from the rapid test results. The design subjects were the commander and the medical team. Data collection techniques through interviews and documentation study. Results: The design of an information system by user needs is a web-based system with 6 main menus, and can produce output in the form of patient visit reports and rapid test results. Conclusion: The design of an information system by user needs makes it easier to collect and process patient data. It is hoped that the design can be implemented and integrated with the UGM Simaster database.
