PERAN AKUNTABILITAS KEUANGAN SEBAGAI PEMEDIASI PENGARUH IMPLEMENTASI SISTEM INFORMASI PENGELOLAAN KEUANGAN DAERAH TERHADAP KINERJA ORGANISASI PEMERINTAH DAERAH

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan membuktikan secara empiris peran mediasi akuntabilitas keuangan pada pengaruh implementasi SIPKD terhadap kinerja organisasi pemerintah daerah. Selain itu, penelitian ini menguji peran moderasi pemahaman sistem akuntansi pemerintah daerah pada pengaruh implementasi SIPKD terhadap akuntabilitas keuangan. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh Organisasi Pemerintah Daerah (OPD) di Pemerintah Provinsi Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 40 OPD. Sebanyak 56 data responden penelitian yang terkumpul diolah menggunakan software WarpPLS 6.0. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa akuntabilitas keuangan mampu memediasi secara penuh pengaruh implementasi SIPKD terhadap kinerja organisasi. Hasil penelitian juga membuktikan bahwa tidak terdapat efek moderasi pada pengaruh implementasi SIPKD terhadap akuntabilitas keuangan

This study aims to test and empirically prove the mediating role of financial accountability on the effect of Regional Financial Management Information System (SIPKD) implementation on the performance of local government organizations. In addition, this study examines the moderating role of understanding the accounting system of local governments on the effect of SIPKD implementation on financial accountability. The samples in this study were all Regional Government Organizations (OPDs) in the Provincial Government of the Special Region of Yogyakarta. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 40 DPOs. 56 data collected were processed using WarpPLS 6.0 software. The results show that financial accountability fully mediate the effect of SIPKD implementation on organizational performance. The results also prove that there is no moderating effect on the effect of SIPKD implementation on financial accountability.
