Berdasarkan hasil riset tim dari KiosRakyat, toko kelontong merupakan bisnis yang mulai tergerus oleh perubahan dan teknologi. Ditambah kurangnya perhatian kepada toko kelontong menyebabkan menurunnya pendapatan suatu daerah. Karena seperti yang kita tahu, toko kelontong sangat menjamur bahkan di setiap jalanan besar ada lebih dari satu toko kelontong. Apalagi dengan bisnis yang masih terbilang tradisional dengan minimnya akses kepada modal dan berkembangkan teknologi menyebabkan persaingan penjualan ritel dikuasai oleh mereka yang memiliki cukup modal untuk mengembangkan bisnisnya. Dari permasalah tersebut, tim KiosRakyat ingin membantu mengatasi dengan bantuan teknologi sebagai akses pengelolaan modern bagi pemilik toko kelontong dan membuka pasar baru bagi mereka agar dapat bersaing. Pembuatan aplikasi KiosRakyat yang memiliki konsep e-commerce yang dilakukan tim handal yang ahli dalam bidang UMKM dan telah melakukan riset akan meningkatkan pendapatan dan pengembangan kios yang membutuhkan sistem administrasi untuk mengolah data di dalam aplikasi serta memberikan akses pasar kios di KiosRakyat ini. Sistem Ini telah berhasil dibuat dan diuji, serta sudah dapat memenuhi kebutuhan dalam pengolahan data untuk aplikasi e-commerce KiosRakyat. Dibangun di beberapa platform supaya dapat memudahkan pengelolaan bagi kios dalam mengembangkan bisnisnya. Selain Kios dapat memesan bahan supply untuk Kiosnya, dia juga dapat mendapatkan pesanan dari aplikasi ini. Diharapkan KiosRakyat dapat hadir sebagai one stop solution untuk kios yang selama ini kurang mendapatkan perhatian dari berbagai pihak. Selain itu setelah sistem ini dibangun, admin lebih mudah dalam mengolah data dan memantau transaksi kios.

This system has been successfully created and tested, and has been able to meet the needs in data processing for e-commerce applications KiosRakyat. Built on several platforms so as to facilitate the management of kiosks in developing their business. Besides Kiosk can order supply materials for his Kiosk, he can also get orders from this application. It is expected that KiosRakyat can be present as a one stop solution for kiosks that have been lacking the attention of various parties.
