ANALISIS PENGARUH INISIATIF HIJAU, KINERJA HIJAU PADA KINERJA KEUANGAN PERUSAHAAN EMITEN INDEKS KOMPAS100 DI BURSA EFEK INDONESIA

Perubahan iklim sebagai dampak pemanasan global, penumpukan sampah plastik dan isu pencemaran lingkungan hidup lainnya saat ini telah menjadi fenomena seluruh dunia. Hal ini karena menyangkut keberlangsungan makhluk hidup di masa depan, dimana salah satu kontributor masalah lingkungan hidup adalah aktivitas industri. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan suatu inisiatif hijau dari setiap perusahaan yang melakukan kegiatan bisnis agar dapat meningkatkan kinerja hijau dan kinerja keuangan sehingga tujuan sustainability dapat tercapai. Pemilihahan sampel dilakukan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling pada perusahaan emiten indeks Kompas100 yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia selama periode 2015 ���¢�¯�¿�½�¯�¿�½ 2018 sebanyak 88 data dari 22 perusahaan yang berupa data sekunder. Metode analisis dilakukan dengan analisis jalur (path analysis) untuk melihat pengaruh langsung atau adanya intermediasi dari PROPER dan kinerja hijau yang merupakan kinerja hijau antara inisiatif hijau terhadap kinerja keuangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa inisiatif hijau berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja hijau, namun tidak berpengaruh secara langsung terhadap kinerja keuangan. Kinerja hijau dengan proxi PROPER dapat menjadi perantara bagi inisiatif hijau aga berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja keuangan, namun tidak deengan proxi produktivitas hijau.

Climate change as a result of global warming, the accumulation of plastic waste and other environment pollution issues have now become a global issues, as this matter concerns the continuity of all living things survival in the future. As evident in every country both developed and developing, one of the major contributors to the current environmental problems we are facing is industrial activity. Hence, a green initiative from every company that conduct business activities is needed in order to improve environmental performance and subsequently financial performance to achieve sustainability for all. Sample data selection was conducted using purposive sampling technique from KOMPAS100 index listed companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the periode 2015 ���¢�¯�¿�½�¯�¿�½ 2018, with 88 data from 22 companies in the form of secondary data. The analysis method is done by path analysis to investigate the direct effect or the intermediation of PROPER and green performance between green initiatives and financial performance. The result showed that green initiatives had a positive and significant effect on green performance, nevertheless, it had no direct effect on financial performance. Green performance with PROPER proxy can be an intermediary for green initiviatives to have a positive effect on financial performance, though the result is different if using green productivity as intermediary.
