Pada era saat ini, persaingan antar perusahaan begitu ketat. Teknologi sudah berkembang untuk memudahkan perusahaan dalam melakukan perdagangan. Perusahaan yang tidak mengikuti kemajuan teknologi akan mengalami kesulitan untuk bertahan dan bersaing. BSC Wheels Pati merupakan salah satu perusahaan yang masih menggunakan proses manual dalam melakukan pencatatan penjualan. BSC Wheels Pati memiliki beberapa karyawan untuk membantu aktivitas penjualan. Penjualan per hari tergolong besar, apabila menggunakan pencatatan manual, risiko terjadi kesalahan sangat besar. Perancangan sistem aplikasi kasir berbasis excel VBA ditujukan untuk mengatasi permasalahan pencatatan pejualan pada BSC Wheels Pati. Sistem ini dilengkapi dengan macro untuk menjalankan sistem sesuai dengan kebutuhan melalui excel. Sistem ini meliputi database barang, customer, supplier, hasil penjualan dan mencetak struk nota secara otomatis. Sistem ini mudah untuk dioperasikan, sehingga tidak perlu keahlian khusus untuk dapat mengoperasikannya. Selain itu, sistem ini juga gratis tidak dipungut biaya apapun, perusahaan tidak perlu mengeluarkan biaya bulanan untuk dapat menggunakan sistem ini.

In this era , companies competitions is very intense. Technology has evolved to facilitate a trade. Companies that do not follow technological advances are slow to make trades. BSC Wheels Pati is the one of the companies that still uses the manual processing of sales record. The BSC currently has many employees. The Income is high, when still use manual record, the risk of mistake are very big. Designing point of sale application of an vba excel based intended to overcome the program of recording sales at the BSC Wheels Pati. This system equipped with a macro to operating this system based on necessity through excel. This system includes database about item, customer, supplier, sales report, and automatically receipt. This system is easy to operate, so there is not special skill needed to operate it, beside that, this system also free, so company does not need to pay monthly fee to use this system.
