Analisis Tren Pengungkapan Corporate Social Responsibility PT Pupuk Kalimantan Timur

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana tren pengungkapan corporate social responsibility pada PT Pupuk Kalimantan Timur dalam jangka waktu 10 tahun terakhir (2009-2018). Penelitian dilakukan dengan membandingkan laporan tahunan dan laporan keberlanjutan perusahaan dengan standar laporan keberlanjutan milik Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), yaitu GRI G4. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis isi dengan sistem checklist. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengungkapan CSR pada Pupuk Kaltim masih belum stabil. Dalam 10 tahun terakhir, indeks pengungkapan CSR tertinggi tercapai pada tahun 2017, yaitu sebesar 92%, dan indeks terendah pada tahun 2009 sebesar 13%, dengan rata-rata kuantitas pengungkapan terbesar adalah pada aspek ekonomi.

This study aims to analyze how the trend of corporate social responsibility disclosure at PT Pupuk Kalimantan Timur in the past 10 years (2009-2018). The study was conducted by comparing the annual report and the company's sustainability report with the sustainability report standard of the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), which is GRI G4. The research method used is content analysis with a checklist system. The results showed that the disclosure of CSR in Pupuk Kaltim was still not stable. In the last 10 years, the highest CSR disclosure index was achieved in 2017, which was 92%, and the lowest index in 2009 was 13%, with the largest average quantity of disclosure being in economic aspects.
