PERANCANGAN EARLY WARNING SYSTEM TANAH LONGSOR BERBASIS ARDUINO MEGA DAN SIM800L

Bencana merupakan peristiwa atau serangkaian peristiwa yang mengancam dan mengganggu kehidupan baik oleh faktor alam atau faktor nonalam. Bencana alam merupakan bencana yang diakibatkan oleh serangkaian peristiwa yang disebabkan oleh alam antara lain berupa gempa bumi, tsunami, gunung meletus, banjir, kekeringan, angin topan, dan tanah longsor. Tanah longsor merupakan salah satu jenis gerakan massa tanah atau bebatuan, ataupun percampuran keduanya yang menuruni atau keluar lereng akibat terganggunya kestabilan tanah atau batuan penyusun lereng. Tanah longsor dapat ditimbulkan oleh beberapa faktor seperti getaran, curah hujan serta berkurangnya kekuatan tanah yang menyangga suatu lereng, untuk mencegah timbulnya korban maka dibuatlah Early Warning System tanah longsor yang berfungsi sebagai alat yang akan memberitahu tanda tanda atau saat terjadi tanah longsor. Tugas akhir ini memaparkan tentang mendeteksi penyebab tanah longsor dan saat terjadinya tanah longsor dengan cara mendeteksi getaran serta kemiringan tanah serta mendeteksi kelembaban tanah yang hasilnya akan diproses oleh Arduino Mega dan dikirim via SMS menggunakan modul SIM800L. Hasil perancangan kemudian diuji kinerjanya dengan cara uji parameter, uji kemiringan untuk mengetahui jarak jangkauan dan kualitas sinyal.

A disaster is an event or a series of events that threat and disrupt the life that is caused by natural factors or non-natural factors. Meanwhile, natural disasters are a disaster that is caused by a series of events such as an earthquake, tsunami, volcanic eruption, floods, drought, typhoon, and landslides. A landslide is a kind of soil or a rock mass movement, or also a mix of both, which descend out of the slope because of the disruption of stability the soil or rock-composing the slope. A landslide can be caused by some factors such as vibrations, rainfalls, and also a reduction of the soil mass which sustains a slope. To prevent the appearance of victims, then there is made an Early Warning System of landslides which has a function as a tool that will give a warning or a sign when a landslide is coming off. This final project explains about detects the cause of landslides and when a landslide is coming off by detects the vibration, the soil gradient, and the soil humidity. Then its result will be processed by Arduino Mega and will be sent through Short Message Service (SMS) by using the SIM800L module. Then, the result of this planning will be tested its performances by doing a parameter test and gradient test to know its range of distance and its signal quality.Keywords: Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV), antenna, double biquad, telemetry.
