Evaluasi ergonomi lingkungan pada ruang produksi cincin di spilla jewelry

2020 | Skripsi | S1 TEKNIK INDUSTRIProduk yang dihasilkan Spilla Jewelry yaitu berupa cincin couple perak untuk acara penting seperti pernikahan dan lamaran. Selain cincin perak, adapun jenis lain yang dihasilkan yaitu cincin berbahan palladium dan emas. Pada ruang produksi Spilla Jewelry terdapat beberapa stasiun kerja yaitu finishing casting, repair, laser, finishing krom, lilin molding, polishing, dan peleburan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mengevaluasi kondisi ergonomi lingkungan yang mencakup pencahayaan, kebisingan, dan suhu yang ada pada bagian produksi di Spilla Jewelry sudah sesuai standar atau belum dan memberikan rekomendasi dan saran perbaikan dari hasil analisis penelitian yang telah dilakukan pada bagian produksi di Spilla Jewelry. Objek penelitian adalah lingkungan kerja pada ruang produksi di Spilla Jewelry yang terdiri dari beberapa stasiun kerja yaitu finishing casting, repair, laser, finishing krom, lilin molding, polishing, dan peleburan. Penelitan ini dilakukan di Spilla Jewelry dengan jam kerja dari pukul 09.00 � 17.00 selama 6 hari dalam 1 minggu dengan total 43 pekerja. Waktu pengambilan data dibagi menjadi 3 bagian yaitu pukul 09.00 � 10.00 , 12.00-13.00, dan 15.00-16.00 dengan pengukuran suhu, kebisingan, pencahayaan, dan kuesioner ke pekerja. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pencahayaan untuk 34 operator belum memenuhi standar, sedangkan pencahayaan bagi 9 operator sudah memenuhi standar. Kebisingan untuk 9 ruangan di Spilla Jewelry sudah memenuhi standar. Suhu untuk 9 ruangan di Spilla Jewelry belum memenuhi standar. Ketidaksesuaian antara data pengamatan dengan hasil kuesioner menunjukkan adanya faktor lain selain ergonomi lingkungan. Salah satu hal yang diduga adalah postur kerja yang kurang baik/ergonomis (keluhan sakit atau kelelahan). Solusinya yaitu mengganti daya lampu setiap meja kerja dan ruangan, penggunaan APD, dan pemasangan exhaust van.
The products produced by Spilla Jewelry are silver ring for couples for important events such as weddings and proposals. In addition to silver rings, the other types produced are palladium and gold rings. In the Spilla Jewelry production�s area, there are several work stations such as finishing casting, repair, laser, chrome finishing, wax molding, polishing, and smelting. Each work station has an operator to optimize the implementation of the production process which means that each operator has a duty and responsibility with great accuracy. Every job with certain accuracy requires different lighting levels. In addition, workers also need the right room temperature and not too noisy work area. This study aims to determine and evaluate environmental ergonomic conditions that include lighting, noise, and temperature in the production area of Spilla Jewelry that is up to standard or not and provide recommendations and suggestions for improvement from the results of research analysis conducted at the production section at Spilla Jewelry. The research object is the work environment in the production area at Spilla Jewelry which consists of several work stations namely finishing casting, repair, laser, chrome finishing, wax molding, polishing, and smelting. This research was conducted at Spilla Jewelry with working hours from 9 a.m � 5 p.m for 6 days a week with a total of 43 workers. Data retrieval time is divided into 3 parts, which are 9 a.m until10 a.m, 12 p.m until 13 p.m, and 3 until 4 p.m. The results showed that the lighting for 34 operators did not reach the standards. While the lighting for 9 operators has reached the standards. The noise for 9 rooms in Spilla Jewelry has reached the standards The temperature for 9 rooms in Spilla Jewelry has not reached the standard. The incompatibility between the observation data and the results of the questionnaire shows that there are other factors besides environmental ergonomics. One of the things that is suspected is the poor working posture / ergonomics (complaints of pain or fatigue).
