Analisis Finansial Pengusahaan Lebah Madu Klanceng di Kelompok Tani Hutan Klanceng Barokah, Desa Kalipoh, Kecamatan Ayah, Kabupaten Kebumen

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis finansial usaha lebah madu yang dijalankan oleh Kelompok Tani Hutan Klanceng Barokah. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif berupa studi kasus yang berupa analisis dokumen dengan cara mengumpulkan data dari pembukuan KTH Klanceng Barokah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa produksi madu KTH Klanceng Barokah pada tahun 2017 adalah 426,95 liter, harga jual madu adalah Rp 400.000 per liter, harga pokok produksi madu adalah Rp 313298.341056 per liter, break even point (BEP) adalah 5372 liter dan B/C ratio adalah 1,072. Harga pokok produksi madu lebih rendah dibandingkan harga jual sehingga usaha KTH Klanceng Barokah menguntungkan, BEP lebih rendah dibandingkan madu yang terjual dalam satu tahun menunjukkan KTH Klanceng Barokah memerlukan waktu kurang dari satu tahun untuk mencapai titik impas dan B/C ratio >1 Hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa usaha KTH Klanceng Barokah layak untuk dikembangkan. Adapun hasil perhitungan terhadap sembilan sampel anggota berdasarkan jumlah setup menunjukkan bahwa rerata produksi madu adalah 8,5 liter dalam satu tahun, harga jual madu adalah Rp 3400.000 per liter, rerata harga pokok produksi madu adalah Rp 249.23560.435 per liter, break even point (BEP) adalah 7 liter dan B/C ratio adalah 1,2015. Rerata harga pokok masing-masing kluster adalah Rp 243.793 (kluster tinggi), Rp 247.695 (kluster sedang) dan Rp 256.217 (kluster rendah). Rerata BEP masing-masing kluster sebanyak 10,14 liter (kluster tinggi); 6,9 liter (kluster sedang) dan 4,22 liter (kluster rendah). Rerata B/C ratio masing-masing kluster sebesar 1,23 (kluster tinggi); 1,21 (kluster sedang dan 1,17 (kluster rendah). Harga pokok produksi madu lebih rendah dibandingkan harga jual menunjukkan usaha lebah madu juga menguntungkan dilakukan perseorangan, BEP lebih rendah dibandingkan madu yang terjual dalam satu tahun menunjukkan usaha lebah madu yang dilakukan perseorangan memerlukan waktu kurang dari satu tahun untuk mencapai titik impas dan B/C ratio >1Hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa usaha lebah madu yang dilakukan perseorangan layak untuk dikembangkan.

The purpose of this research was to financially analyze the honey bee business from Klanceng Barokah Forest Farmer Group. The method used was descriptive research using case studies analysis the document from Klanceng Barokah Forest Farmer Group. The results showed that the production of Klanceng Barokah Forest Farmer Group honey was 426.95 liters in one year, the selling price of honey is IDR 400,000/liter, the basic price of honey production is IDR 313,341298,056/liter, the break even point (BEP) is 5372 liters and the B / C ratio is 1.027. The cost of honey production is lower than the selling price, indicating that Klanceng Barokah Forest Farmer Group is profitable, BEP is lower than honey sold in one year indicating that Klanceng Barokah Forest Farmer Group takes less than one year to break even and B / C ratio> 1 shows Its indicated that the Klanceng Barokah Forest Farmer Group business is feasible to be developed. The calculation of nine sample members based on the number of setups shows that the average honey production is 8.5 liters in one year, the selling price of honey is IDR 3400,000/liter, the average cost of producing honey is IDR 24960,2435/liter, the break even point (BEP) is 7 liters and the B / C ratio is 1.2015. The average cost of each cluster is Rp 243,793 (high), Rp 247,695 (medium) and Rp 256,217 (low). The average BEP of each cluster is 10.14 liters (high); 6.9 liters (medium) and 4.22 liters (low). The average B / C ratio for each cluster is 1.23 (high); 1.21 (medium) and 1.17 (low). The cost of honey production is lower than the selling price, indicating that the honey bee business is also profitable for individuals, BEP is lower than honey sold in one year, indicating that honey bee business carried out individually requires less than one year to break even and B / C ratio> 1 showsIts indicated that honey bee business which is carried out individually is feasible to be developed.
