Bimbingan belajar merupakan salah satu bentuk pendidikan di Indonesia di mana diberikan oleh profesional, sebagai tambahan belajar di luar jam belajar sekolah. Bimbingan belajar atau yang biasa disebut dengan bimbel, merupakan hal yang cukup populer di Indonesia. Seiring dengan berkembangnya teknologi, manusia menuntut efisiensi dan efektivitas dalam segala hal. Baik dalam proses pendaftaran bimbingan belajar, proses pengelolaan bimbingan belajar, hingga kegiatan belajar itu sendiri. Dari permasalahan tersebut, dibutuhkan sistem informasi yang memberikan kemudahan dan efektifitas dalam proses pendaftaran pada bimbel hingga proses belajar mengajar pada bimbingan belajar. Sistem dibangun menggunakan bahasa pemograman PHP dengan dikembangkan menggunakan framework Laravel, web server Apache, dan MySQL untuk pengelolaan basis data. Hasil pengujian penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa telah dilakukan Pengembangan Sistem Informasi Bimbingan Belajar Berbasis WEB (Halaman Admin dan Tutor). Sistem digunakan oleh admin, tutor, dan siswa yang kemudian dapat diakses melalui aplikasi mobile yang diintegrasikan menggunakan API.

Course is one of the forms of education in Indonesia in which given by the professional, as additional learning beyond the hours of school study. Course it selft, is quite popular in Indonesia. Along with the development of technology, human demand efficiency and effectiveness in all things. Both in the registration process of tutoring, the process of managing the guidance of learning, to the learning activities itself. Of these problems, needed information systems that provide convenience and effectiveness in the process of registration on the requirements to the process of learning and teaching in tutoring. A system built using the PHP programming language with developed using the framework Laravel, Apache web server, and MySQL for database management. The test results of this study indicate that the has been done the Information Web-based Tutoring Information System (Admin and Tutor Page). The system used by admin, tutor, and student, which can then be accessed through a mobile application that is integrated using the API.
