Gambaran Kebutuhan Keluarga Pasien di Ruang Intensive Care Unit Rumah Sakit Dr. Sardjito Yogyakarta

Latar Belakang: Keluarga menjadi sistem pendukung kesembuhan pasien, terutama pasien yang di rawat di ruang ICU. Peran keluarga penting dalam perawatan pasien terutama dalam hal pembuat keputusan. Selain itu, keluarga akan mengunjungi dan menunggui pasien selama dirawat di ICU. Adanya kebutuhan untuk dipenuhi oleh keluarga akibat munculnya masalah fisik, psikologis, sosial, spiritual, dan ekonomi muncul selama keluarga pasien berada di ICU. Tujuan Penelitian: Mengetahui kebutuhan keluarga pasien di ruang Intensive Care Unit RSUP Dr. Sardjito Yogyakarta. Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan rancangan cross-sectional. Responden penelitian ini adalah anggota keluarga pasien yang menunggui di ICU dengan jumlah 30 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner K3PI (Kuesioner Kebutuhan Keluarga Pasien di ICU) oleh Wantiyah (2018) yang merupakan adaptasi CCFNI (Critical Care Family Needs Inventory) dalam Bahasa Indonesia. Analisis penelitian ini menggunakan analisis univariat yang disajikan dalam bentuk distribusi frekuensi dan persentase dari variabel sehingga didapatkan nilai median dan mean untuk mengetahui kebutuhan keluarga pasien di ICU. Hasil: Nilai mean tertinggi terdapat pada kebutuhan jaminan pelayanan (M=3,548) dan kebutuhan akan memiliki harapan untuk kesembuhan pasien (M=3,90). Kesimpulan: Kebutuhan keluarga pasien di ruang ICU RSUP Dr. Sardjito Yogyakarta adalah kebutuhan jaminan pelayanan (dimensi kebutuhan) dan kebutuhan akan memiliki harapan untuk kesembuhan pasien (item kebutuhan). Background: The family is a support system for patients' recovery, especially for patients treated in the ICU. The role of the family is important in patient care, especially in terms of decision makers. In addition, the family will visit and wait for the patient while being treated at the ICU. The need to be fulfilled by the family due to the emergence of physical, psychological, social, spiritual, and economic problems arises during the patient's family is in the ICU. Objective: To find out the patient's family needs in the Intensive Care Unit of RSUP Dr. Sardjito Yogyakarta. Method: This research is a descriptive study with a cross-sectional design . The respondents of this study were family members of patients who were waiting in the ICU with a total of 30 people. This study uses the K3PI questionnaire (Kuesioner Kebutuhan Keluarga Pasien di ICU) by Wantiyah (2018) which is an adaptation of CCFNI (Critical Care Family Needs Inventory) in Indonesian. The analysis of this study uses univariate analysis which is presented in the form of frequency distribution and percentage of variables so that the median and mean values are obtained to determine the family needs of patients in the ICU. Result: The highest mean value was in the need for assurance (M=3.548) and the need for hope for healing the patient (M=3.90). Conclusion: The patient's family needs in the ICU of RSUP Dr. Sardjito Yogyakarta is a need for assurance (dimensions of need) and need to have hope for healing patients (items of need).
