Laporan Tugas Akhir ini membahas mengenai proses digitalisasi arsip tekstual kebudayaan serta perizinan di Dinas Perpustakaan Dan Kearsipan Kabupaten Ponorogo. Digitalisasi merupakan proses pembuatan arsip elektronik dari arsip konvensional. Tujuan utama digitalisasi di Dinas Perpustakaan Dan Kearsipan yaitu untuk memudahkan akses penemuan serta penyebaran informasi. Pada laporan ini ada tiga metode yang digunakan dalam memperoleh data. metode yang pertama adalah studi pustaka, metode ini adalah pengumpulan data melalui teori-teori yang berkembang dalam ilmu kearsipan guna mendukung argumen penulis. Metode yang kedua adalah observasi partisipasi yang merupakan metode pengamatan dan terjun langsung pada objek yang akan diteliti. Metode ketiga adalah wawancara pada narasumber yang mengelola arsip. Kesimpulan dari Laporan Tugas Akhir ini, bahwa di Dinas Perpustakaan Dan Kearsipan Kabupaten Ponorogo merupakan bagian dari penghematan tempat penyimpanan arsip konvensional. Mengingat arsip-arsip kebudayan di Kabupaten Ponorogo sangat banyak. Namun, hal itu belum maksimal mengingat SDM dan sarana yang masih belum mencukupi.

This final report is about the process of digitizing textual archives of culture and licensing at the Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Kabupaten Ponorogo. Digitisation is the process of creating electronic archives from conventional archives. The main objective of digitisation in the Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan is to facilitate access to discovery and dissemination of information. In this report there are three methods used in obtaining the data. The first method is the study of the library, this method is the collection of data through the theories developed in the science of archival to support the argument of the author. The second method is the observation of participation which is a method of observation and jump directly to the object to be examined. The third method is an interview on the resource that manages the archive. The conclusion of the report of the final task, that at the Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Kabupaten Ponorogo is part of the saving of conventional archival storage. Considering the cultural archives in the Kabupaten Ponorogo very much. However, it is not maximal considering the human resources and facilities are still insufficient.
