The Role of BUMDes Maju Mandiri in Goa Pindul Tourist Destination

Studi ini dilakukan dengan menemukan bahwa pendirian BUMDes Maju Mandiri, yang bertujuan untuk menutupi konflik di tujuan wisata Goa Pindul, tidak sepenuhnya menyelesaikan konflik. Penelitian ini mengamati peran yang diambil BUMDes Maju Mandiri mengenai masalah yang terjadi di destinasi wisata Goa Pindul. Untuk menganalisis peran yang diterapkan oleh BUMDes Maju Mandiri, teori community work roles oleh Jim Ife dan Frank Tesariero digunakan. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pengumpulan data kualitatif. Wawancara dengan kepala BUMDes Maju Mandiri dan pihak-pihak lain yang terlibat dalam pengelolaan destinasi wisata Goa Pindul dilakukan untuk mendapatkan data guna menganalisis community work roles. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa BUMDes Maju Mandiri telah melakukan peran yang disebutkan dalam community work roles. Namun, penerapan peran tersebut tidak sepenuhnya sesuai dengan indikator yang disebutkan dalam community work roles. Karena itu, pendirian BUMDes Maju Mandiri belum cukup manjur untuk mengubah situasi di destinasi wisata Goa Pindul.

This study was conducted by finding that the establishment of BUMDes Maju Mandiri, which aimed to cover conflict in Goa Pindul tourist destination, did not completely resolve the conflict. The research observes the role that BUMDes Maju Mandiri take regarding the issues that happen in Goa Pindul tourist destination. In order to analyse the role applied by BUMDes Maju Mandiri, the theory of community work roles by Jim Ife and Frank Tesariero is used. The research has been done by qualitative data collection. The interview with head of BUMDes Maju Mandiri and other parties who involved in the management of Goa Pindul tourist destination was conducted in order to obtain data to analyze community work roles. The result shows that BUMDes Maju Mandiri has been performing roles that are mentioned in community work roles. However, the application of the roles do not entirely conform with the indicators that mentioned in the community work roles. Therefore, the establishment of BUMDes Maju Mandiri has not been efficacious enough to change the situation in Goa Pindul tourist destination.
