Terjadinya Adverse Drug Reactions (ADR) Antibiotik Pada Pasien Rawat Inap Anak Di RSUP Sardjito, Yogyakarta

Salah satu kejadian yang kini sedang marak yang terjadi di seluruh dunia adalah Adverse Drug Reactions (ADRs). Adverse Drug Reactions (ADRs) adalah suatu reaksi yang sangat berbahaya atau tidak menyenangkan yang terjadi dari penggunaan obat dosis lazim pada manusia. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bentuk dan persentase kejadian ADRs pada penggunaan antibiotik pada pasien rawat inap di RSUP Sardjito, Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif yang bersifat observasional. Penelitian ini dilakukan selama 1 bulan dari 1 November 2019- 1 Desember 2019 di bangsal anak yaitu Melati 1, Melati 2, Melati 3 dan Melati 4 di RSUP Dr. Sardjito. Data diambil melalui wawancara langsung dengan pasien dan perawat. Data juga diambil dari rekam medis yang terdapat di setiap bangsal. Kriteria inklusi dari penelitian ini adalah pasien rawat inap yang berusia 0-18 tahun yang menggunakan antibiotik dan pasien yang bersukarela mengikuti penelitian ini. Kriteria eksklusi termasuk pasien dengan keganasan dan data rekam medik yang tidak lengkap tentang informasi pasien, riwayat penyakit dan riwayat pengobatan. Dalam penelitian ini, didapati 29 pasien yang menerima terapi antibiotik di rawat inap anak, 8 pasien (27,59 %) diantaranya mengalami ADRs. Adverse Drug Reactions tipe A terjadi pada 3 pasien dengan persentase 37,50 %, sedangkan ADRs tipe B terjadi pada 5 pasien dengan persentase 62,5 %. Kemudian, bentuk ADRs tipe A yang terjadi adalah mual-mual (25,00 %) dan diare (12,5%), sedangkan bentuk ADRs tipe B yang terjadi adalah anemia (50,00 %) dan urtikaria (12,50 %). Seterusnya, semua pasien yang mengalami ADRs mendapat skor kurang dari 4, yaitu juga dikenali sebagai kategori possible.

The purpose of this study was to determine the form and percentage of ADRs due to the use of antibiotics in children inpatients at Sardjito General Hospital, Yogyakarta. A descriptive study was conducted about 1 month from 01st November 2019 until 01st December 2019 at the children's ward of Sardjito General Hospital. The data was collected from direct interviews with the patients and from medical records placed in each ward. The inclusion criteria of this study were inpatients aged 0-18 years old that used antibiotics and voluntary patients who took part in this study whole-heartedly.Then, the exclusion criteria of this study were violent patients and incomplete medical record about patient information, disease informations and treatment history. In this study, had found 29 patients who received antibiotic therapy in children's ward and 8 patients (27,59 %) of the total experienced ADRs. Adverse Drug Reactions type A occurred in 3 patients with a percentage of 37,50 %, while ADRs type B occurred in 5 patients with a percentage of 62,50 %. Then, the forms of type A ADRs that occur are nausea (25,00 %) and diarrhea (12,50 %), while the forms of type B ADRs that occur are anemia (50,00 %) and urticaria (12,50 %). Furthermore, all patients who experienced ADRs scored less than 4, which is also recognized as a possible category.
