PT. SIIX Electronics Indonesia (SEI) merupakan sebuah perusahaan manufaktur yang bergerak di bidang industri komponen elektronik. Salah satu produknya adalah Printed Circuit Board Assembly (PCBA). Dalam proses produksi terdapat mesin chip mounter CM-602. Mesin ini berfungsi untuk pemasangan komponen elektronika pada printed circuit board (PCB). Dalam proses produksi tentunya terdapat masalah yang terjadi pada mesin CM-602. Masalah yang sering terjadi pada mesin CM-602 adalah pada head dan driver motor axis X danY. Ketika terjadi masalah pada mesin CM-602 terdapat downtime yang dapat merugikan perusahaan. Banyak kendala yang terjadi pada proses perbaikan masalah di mesin CM-602 yang membuat downtime bertambah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa dan melakukan troubleshooting masalah yang terjadi pada head dan driver motor X dan Y. Pada human machine interface dan driver motor mesin CM-602 terdapat kode error yang muncul saat terjadi masalah. Kode error nantinya akan di analisa apa yang menjadi penyebab dan bagaimana menyelesaikan masalah tersebut. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memudahkan teknisi dalam memperbaiki mesin CM-602 dan dapat mengurangi downtime yang terjadi.

PT. SIIX Electronics Indonesia (SEI) is a manufacturing company engaged in the electronic component industry. One of the products is the Printed Circuit Board Assembly (PCBA). In the production process there is a CM-602 chip mounter machine. This machine serves to mount electronic components on the printed circuit board (PCB). In the production process, of course there are problems that occur in the CM-602 machine. The problem that often occurs in the CM-602 machine is the axis X and Y head and motor driver. When a problem occurs on the CM-602 engine there is downtime that cause financial loss of the company. There are many obstacles that occur in the process of repairing problems in the CM-602 machine which increases downtime. This study aims to analyze and troubleshoot problems that occur in the head and motor driver X and Y. In the human machine interface and motor driver CM-602 machine there is an error code that appears when a problem occurs. The error code will be analyzed what is the cause and how to solve the problem. The results of this study are expected to facilitate technicians in repairing the CM-602 machine and can reduce the downtime that occurs.
