EVALUASI KINERJA TEKNIS DAN EKONOMIS TRAKTOR TANGAN DI USAHA PELAYANAN JASA ALAT MESIN PERTANIAN KABUPATEN PURBALINGGA

Kabupaten Purbalingga memiliki luas lahan sawah 21.209,4576 Ha. Mayoritas lahan sawah diolah menggunakan traktor roda dua. Traktor tangan yang dipakai untuk mengolah lahan sawah milik pribadi dan juga milik UPJA. Traktor tangan umumnya sudah bekerja dengan baik, namun demikian perlunya evaluasi kinerja teknis dan ekonomis untuk menentukan traktor sudah dapat bekerja tepat guna dan dapat menguntungkan bagi UPJA. Pokok bahasan utama penelitian ini ialah Mencari nilai luas baku, kapasitas kerja, ekonimi, kecukupan traktor tangan. Di wilayah Kabupaten Purbalingga terdapat 18 kecamatan. Dari sejumlah kecamatan tersebut, penelitian ini mengambil data di 5 Kecamatan terpilih yaitu kemangkon, kartanegara, bojongsari, bukateja, bojongsari. Enam UPJA yang dipilih di tiap kecamatan yaitu kuat jaya, barokah, tani sejahtera, tirta micir, serut, wirto mardo. Analisa teknis yang dilakukan menggunakan variabel kapasitas kerja dan luas baku. Analisa ekonomis yang dilakukan menggunakan variabel BEP. Dari hasil evaluasi kinerja teknis Luas baku traktor tangan dengan nilai tertinggi dapat mengerjakan 12 Ha/Musin, sedangkan luas baku traktor terendah hanya dapat mengerjakan lahan seluas 6 Ha/Musim. Untuk nilai kapasitas kerja tertinggi dengan nilai 0.13 Ha/jam, sedangkan kapasitas kerja tereandah dengan nilai 0.04 Ha/Jam. Mayoritas traktor tangan milik UPJA layak, Sedangkan traktor tangan dengan kode TS1 tidak dikatakan layak, Dikatakan tidak layak dikarenakan nilai BEP < LT. Keseluruhan UPJA memiliki traktor tangan yang cukup untuk menyelesaikan luas baku di masing—masing UPJA. Sehingga dapat dikatakan dari hasil evaluasi traktor yang di miliki UPJA di 5 sampel terpilih sebagian besar bekerja dengan baik dan layak.

Hand tractors generally work well, however there is a need for evaluation of technical and economic performance to determine which tractors can work effectively and be profitable for UPJA. The main topic of this research is to find the value of standard area, work capacity, economy, adequacy of hand tractors. District of Purbalingga there are 18 districts. From a number of sub-districts, this study took data in 5 selected districts namely kemangkon, kartanegara, bojongsari, bukateja, bojongsari. Six UPJA selected in each district are strong jaya, barokah, prosperous farmers, tirta micir, shaved, wirto mardo. Technical analysis is done using variable work capacity and standard area. Economic analysis is carried out using BEP variable. From the results of the technical performance evaluation the standard width of the hand tractor with the highest value can do 12 Ha / Musin, while the lowest standard area of the tractor can only work on an area of 6 Ha / Season. For the highest value of work capacity with a value of 0.13 Ha / hour, while the lowest work capacity with a value of 0.04 Ha / Hour. The majority of UPJA's hand tractors are feasible, while the hand tractor with TS1 code is not said to be feasible, It is said to be unfeasible because the BEP value <LT. The whole UPJA has enough hand tractors to complete the standard area in each UPJA. So it can be said from the results of the evaluation of the tractor owned by UPJA in the 5 selected samples that most of them are working well and properly.
