Penilaian ini yang berjudul "Penilaian Ruko Nomor XXX di Jalan Mayor Bismo, Kelurahan Semampir, Kecamatan Kota, Kota Kediri, Provinsi Jawa Timur" dilakukan untuk kepentingan salah satu bank dengan tujuan lelang untuk memberikan opini Nilai Pasar sebagai batas atas (maksimum) dan Nilai Likuidasi sebagai batas bawah (minimum). Penilaian ini menggunakan Pendekatan Pasar dan Pendekatan Biaya dengan menggunakan metode Perbandingan Data Pasar dan Biaya Pengganti Terdepresiasi. Hasil dari penilaian ini menghasilkan Nilai Pasar sebesar Rp3.057.000.000 (Tiga Miliar Lima Puluh Tujuh Juta Rupiah) sebagai batas atas untuk lelang dan Nilai Likuidasi sebesar Rp2.109.330.000 (Dua Miliar Seratus Sembilan Juta Tiga Ratus Tiga Puluh Ribu Rupiah) sebagai batas bawah untuk lelang. Nilai tersebut digunakan sebagai dasar menentukan nilai limit dari properti yang akan dilelang.

This appraisal entitled "The Valuation of Shophouse Number XXX in Mayor Bismo Street, Semampir Urban Village, City Subdistrict, Kediri City, East Java Province" is carried out for the benefit of one of the banks with the aim of auctioning to give an opinion on Market Value as the upper limit (maximum) and Liquidation Value as the lower limit (minimum). This valuation uses the Market Approach and Cost Approach using the Comparison of Market Data and Depreciated Replacement Cost methods. The results of this valuation produce a Market Value of Rp3.057.000.000 (Three Billion Fifty Seven Million Rupiah) as the upper limit for the auction and a Liquidation Value of Rp2.109.330.000 (Two Billion One Hundred Nine Million Three Hundred ThirtyThousand Rupiah) as the lower limit for auction. This value is used as the basis for determining the limit value of the property to be auctioned.
