Tesis ini memfokuskan kajian terhadap �Strategi Elemen Merah Putih Anti Komunis Dalam Melawan Penyebaran Paham Komunis� dengan rumusan pertanyaan: (1) Bagaimana proses kemunculan gerakan Elemen Merah Putih Anti Komunis? (2) Bagaimana Strategi Elemen Merah Putih Anti Komunis dalam melawan penyebaran paham komunis? Konsep yang digunakan dalam menganalisis kajian ini adalah dengan menggunakan konsep gerakan sosial. Metode penelitian kualitatif digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Hasil dari kajian ini antara lain: (1) Proses kemunculan gerakan diawali dengan sistem politik terbuka yang memberikan kesempatan untuk melakukan gerakan, (2) Muncul isu nasional tentang kebangkitan komunis, isu ini memunculkan kegelisahan tersendiri, (3) Merespon isu tersebut kemudian ormas-ormas yang memiliki kesamaan pandangan tentang bahaya paham komunisme membentuk suatu gerakan bersama yang dinamai Elemen Merah Putih Anti Komunis, (4) Strategi yang digunakan oleh Elemen Merah Putih Anti Komunis adalah Protest Politic, yaitu strategi mobilisasi dukungan dengan jalan mengorganisir protes di ruang publik. Protest Politic terbagi menjadi dua jenis, yaitu non-violence (tanpa kekerasan) dan violence (kekerasan), Elemen Merah Putih Anti Komunis menggunakan keduanya sebagai strategi.

This thesis focuses the study of the "Red and White Anti-Communist Element Strategy in Combating the Spreading of Communist Understanding" with the formulation of the questions: (1) What is the process of the emergence of the Red-White Anti-Communist Element movement? (2) What is the Red and White Anti-Communist Element Strategy in countering the spread of communist ideas? The concept used in analyzing this study is to use the concept of social movements. Qualitative research methods are used in this study. The results of this study include: (1) The process of the emergence of the movement begins with an open political system that provides an opportunity to carry out the movement, (2) Emerging national issues about the rise of communism, this issue raises its own unease, (3) Responds to the issue and then CSOs mass organizations that have the same view on the danger of communism form a joint movement called the Red and White Anti-Communist Element, (4) The strategy used by the Red and White Anti-Communist Element is the Protest Politic, which is a strategy of mobilizing support by organizing protests in the public sphere. Protest Politics is divided into two types, namely non-violence (non-violence) and violence (violence), the Red and White Anti-Communist Element uses both as a strategy.
