PENGARUH ORIENTASI KEWIRAUSAHAAN DAN KAPABILITAS INOVASI TERHADAP KINERJA PERUSAHAAN DENGAN PENCIPTAAN PENGETAHUAN SEBAGAI VARIABEL PEMEDIASI (Studi Pada Usaha Skala Kecil di Provinsi DIY)

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mendapatkan bukti secara empiris mengenai Pengaruh Orientasi Kewirausahaan dan Kapabilitas Inovasi terhadap Kinerja Perusahaan dengan Penciptaan Pengetahuan sebagai Variabel Pemediasi. Data penelitian ini diperoleh dari hasil pengisian kuesioner dari 82 responden yang merupakan pemilik Usaha Kecil di Provinsi Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Pengujian hipotesis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Model Pengukuran (Outer Model) dan Model Struktural (Inner Model) dengan metode Partial Least Square (PLS) dan menggunakan software SmartPLS versi 3.2.8. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Orientasi Kewirausahaan berpengaruh positif terhadap Penciptaan Pengetahuan, Kapabilitas Inovasi berpengaruh positif terhadap Penciptaan Pengetahuan, dan Penciptaan Pengetahuan berpengaruh positif terhadap Kinerja Perusahaan. Penciptaan Pengetahuan terbukti memediasi hubungan antara Orientasi Kewirausahaan dan Kapabilitas Inovasi terhadap Kinerja Perusahaan.

This study aims to analyze and obtain empirical evidence about the Effect of Entrepreneurial Orientation and Innovation Capability on Firm Performance with Knowledge Creation as a Mediating Variable. The data of this study were obtained from the results of filling out questionnaires from 82 respondents who were Small Business owners in Yogyakarta Special Province. Testing the hypothesis in this study using the Measurement Model (Outer Model) and Structural Model (Inner Model) with the Partial Least Square (PLS) method and using SmartPLS software version 3.2.8. The results of this study indicate that Entrepreneurial Orientation has a positive effect on Knowledge Creation, Innovation Capability has a positive effect on Knowledge Creation, and Knowledge Creation has a positive effect on Firm Performance. Knowledge Creation is proven to mediate the relationship between Entrepreneurial Orientation and Capability of Innovation on Firm Performance.
