PENGARUH IMBANGAN JANTAN BETINA PADA DMUR YANG BERBEDA TERHADAP PRODUKSI TELUR, BERAT TELUR, FERTILITAS, DAYA TETAS DAW BERAT ANAK XTIK TURI ARIF EATONI 97/115870/PT/03569 2002 INTISARI Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh imbangan jantan betina pada umur itik yang berbeda terhadap produksi telur, berat telur, fertilitas, daya tetas dan berat anak itik Turi. Sembilan puluh ekor betina dan enam ekor jantan itik Turi warna Bambangan umur enam bulan dibagi menjadi dua kelompok imbangan jantan betina yaitu: 1:10 dan 1:20. Setiap perlakuan diulang tiga kali. Itik diberi pakan dua kali sehari sebanyak 160 g/ekor/hari yang mengandung 17% PK dan 2894,5 kcal/kg ME. Pengambilan data produksi telur pada umur minggu ke-27 sampai minggu ke-34, sedangkan penimbangan berat telur dan penetasan dilakukan saat itik umur minggu ke-28, 30, 32 dan ke-34. Variabel yang diukur meliputi produksi telur, berat telur, fertilitas, daya tetas dan berat anak itik (day old duck). Pengaruh imbangan jantan betina dan umur terhadap variabel yang diukur dianalisis dengan uji split-plot dan dilanjutkan dengan uji DMRT pada ratarata yang menunjukan beda nyata. Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa imbangan jantan betina tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap produksi telur, berat telur, fertilitas, daya tetas dan berat anak itik. Umur itik berpengaruh sangat nyata terhadap produksi telur yaitu semakin muda umur itik semakin rendah produksi telurnya (umur ke-27, 28, 29, 30, 31, 32, 33 dan ke-34 minggu yaitu: 34,59; 43,33; 45,14; 56,39; 49,45; 51,11; 56,53 dan 57,49%), tetapi tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap berat telur, fertilitas , daya tetas dan berat anak itik. THE EFFECT OF SEX RATIO IN DIFFERENT AGE ON EGG PRODUCTION, EGG WEIGHT, FERTILITY, HATCHABILITY AND DAY OLD WEIGHT OF TURI LQKAL DUCK ARIF FATONI 97/115870/PT/03569 2002 ABSTRACT This research was conducted to obtain the effect of sex ratio in different age on egg production, egg weight, fertility, hatchability and day old weight of Turi local duck. Ninety females and six males of six month of age Turi local duck feather color Bambangan were divided into two groups of sex ratio namely 1:10 and 1:20, with three replication. The ducks were fed twice a day with 160 g/day/duck. The diet contain 17 % CP and 2894,5 kcal ME/kg. The data of egg production were measured when ducks age at 27 to 34 weeks age. Egg weight measured when ducks age at 28, 30, 32 and 34 weeks, and then, egg were incubated in artificial incubator. The data of the effect of sex ratio and age were analyzed with split-splot design and were continued by DMRT design. The results indicated that sex ratio in each age was not significantly different on egg production, egg weight, fertility, hatchability, and day old duck weight. The age of duck was significantly different (P<0.01) on egg production, The younger duck had lower on eggs production than that the older duck (age duck of 27, 28, 29, 30, 31, 32, 33 and 34 weeks produced of egg 34.59; 43.33; 45.14; 56.39; 49.45; 51.11; 56.53 and 57.49% respectively), but age of duck was not significantly effect on egg weight, fertility, hatchability and day old weight.
