Analisis Evaluasi Koordinasi Proteksi Recloser dan Sectionalizer Pada Penyulang SLB 9 Guna Menurunkan Nilai SAIDI dan SAIFI di PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Sukoharjo

Proteksi distribusi merupakan perlindungan yang terpasang di sistem distribusi tenaga listrik, bertujuan untuk mencegah atau membatasi kerusakan pada jaringan dan peralatannya serta untuk keselamatan umum. Sistem proteksi adalah susunan perangkat proteksi secara lengkap yang terdiri dari perangkat utama dan perangkat-perangkat lain yang dibutuhkan untuk melakukan fungsi tertentu berdasarkan prinsip-prinsip proteksi. Sebuah sistem koordinasi proteksi membutuhkan peralatan-peralatan yang baik agar dapat bekerja dengan optimal, salah satu koordinasi proteksi yang dirancang adalah koordinasi proteksi antara recloser dan Sectionalizer. Pada penyulang SLB 9 terdapat dua peralatan proteksi yaitu recloser dan sectionalizer. Agar terjadi bentuk koordinasi yang baik untuk mengamankan dan menambah keandalan jaringan maka membutuhkan analisis perhitungan untuk setting peralatan proteksi yang baik dan tepat. Oleh karena itu dilakukan analisis nilai setting sistem proteksi pada penyulang SLB 9 untuk meningkatkan keandalan. Hasil yang didapat dari hasil perhitungan untuk update setting Iset OCR sebesar 326 A dan GFR 147 A, Tms OCR sebesar 0,10s dan Tms GFR sebesar 0,12 s. Nantinya nilai ini akan digunakan untuk update setting pada recloser dan sectionalizer untuk meningkatkan keandalan.

Distribution protection is protection that is installed in an electric power distribution system, aimed at preventing or limiting damage to the network and its equipment and for public safety. A protection system is a complete set of protective devices consisting of main devices and other devices needed to perform certain \functions based on protection principles. A protection coordination system requires good equipment in order to work optimally, one of the protection coordination designed is coordination of protection between reclosers and Sectionalizer. In SLB 9 feeders, there are two protective equipment, namely reclosers and sectionalizers. In order for a good form of coordination to secure and increase network reliability, it requires analysis of calculations for good and appropriate protection equipment settings. Therefore an analysis of the value of the protection system setting on SLB 9 feeders is carried out to improve reliability. The results obtained from the calculation results for updating the OCR Iset setting of 326 A and GFR 147 A, Tms OCR of 0.10s and Tms GFR of 0.12 s. Later this value will be used for update settings to improve reliability.
