RANCANG BANGUN SISTEM INFORMASI REKAM MEDIS ELEKTRONIK MENGGUNAKAN RFID BERBASIS WEB

Rekam medis merupakan berkas yang berisikan catatan dan dokumen tentang identitas pasien, pemeriksaan, pengobatan, tindakan dan pelayanan lain yang telah diberikan kepada pasien Saat ini sudah banyak dikembangkan sistem informasi rekam medis elektronik karena dinilai lebih praktis dan efisien. Sistem informasi rekam medis yang sudah ada, kebanyakan masih berbasis data lokal, sehingga masih banyak kekurangan. Salah satunya yaitu pertukaran data riwayat penyakit pasien antar rumah sakit masih sulit dilakukan. Adanya riwayat penyakit pasien dapat menunjang akurasi diagnosa dokter terhadap penyakit yang diderita pasien. Guna mengatasi masalah tersebut, dirancang suatu sistem informasi rekam medis elektronik berbasis web dan teknologi RFID. Sistem Informasi Rekam Medis Elektronik Menggunakan RFID Berbasis Web menggunakan Wemos D1 Mini sebagai mikrokontroler sekaligus penghubung jaringan internet. RFID Reader digunakan untuk mendeteksi RFID tag yang digunakan sebagai kartu pasien . ID pada kartu pasien yang terbaca oleh RFID Reader, dikirimkan ke basis data server yang kemudian ditampilkan pada antarmuka website. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian yang telah dilakukan, ID pasien yang telah dibaca oleh RFID Reader dapat ditampilkan oleh antarmuka sistem web. Setiap ID dikirimkan ke server menggunakan metode GET ke alamat host webrekmedugm.id. Sistem informasi rekam medis yang dirancang telah mampu mendukung integrasi 2 buah rumah sakit berbeda. Data riwayat rekam medis pasien dapat diakses oleh kedua belah rumah sakit.

A medical records are file that contain notes and documents about patient identifiy, examination, treatment, actions, and other services that have been given to patiens. Currently, there are many electronic medical record information systems developed, because they are considered more practical and efficient than the manual medical records. Mostly of them still based on local data, so there are still have disadvantages. One of them is the exchange of disease history between patients is still difficult. The patient's disease history can support the accuray of the doctor's diagnosis. To fix this problem, a web-based electronic medical record and RFID technology information system was designed. Electronic Medical Record Information System Using Web-Based RFID uses Wemos D1 Mini as a microcontroller and to connect to the internet network. RFID Reader is used to detect RFID tags that are used as patient cards. The ID on the patient card that is read by RFID Reader, is sent to the server database which is then displayed on the website interface. Based on the results of the tests that have been conducted, the patient ID that had been read by the RFID Reader can be displayed by the web system interface. Each ID is sent to add.php using the GET method to the address host called webrekmedugm.id. The medical record information system designed had been able to support the integration of 2 different hospital units. The patient's medical record history data can be accessed by both hospitals.
