Jenis Pohon Penyusun Hutan Kota Ngawi Jawa Timur

Jenis-jenis pohon penyusun hutan kota Ngawi dipilih sesuai dengan fungsi yang diharapkan. Komposisi jenisnya terlihat berbeda antara beberapa kelas jalan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui komposisi jenis pohon penyusun hutan kota Ngawi pada beberapa kelas jalan provinsi, jalan antar kota, jalan dalam kabupaten. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui sampling pohon pada beberapa jalan di Kabupaten Ngawi, yaitu: Jalan Raya Solo-Ngawi, Jalan Yos sudarso, Jalan R.A Kartini, dan Jalan Sukowati. Selanjutnya pohon diidentifikasi, diukur tinggi dan diameternya. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa hutan kota Kabupaten Ngawi memiliki 16 jenis pohon dalam 11 famili. Jenis yang mendominasi di setiap jalan adalah Polyalthia longifolia yang berfungsi sebagai pohon penyerap polusi dan pohon pengarah.

Tree species in the city forest selected in accordance with the expected functions. This research aims to know the composition of trees in forest city of Ngawi. Data were collected by sampling of trees on some roads in the districts of Ngawi, Ngawi-Solo Highway, Yos Sudarso Street, R.A Kartini Street, and Sukowati Street.Trees were then identified and measured the height and diameter. The results showed that the urban forest of Ngawi has 16 tree species in 11 families. Polyalthia longifolia dominates in some streets in Ngawi that which functions as the tree absorbing pollution and road guide tree.
