Model Neighborhood Service Center Temporer Pasca Bencana di Lombok dengan Metode Arsitektur Bambu

Gempa yang terjadi pada Juli, 2018, di Lombok mengakibatkan kerusakan yang signifikan terhadap berbagai fasilitas dan infrastruktur daerah. Proses pemulihan pasca bencana yang dilakukan oleh pemerintah sempat melewatkan fase bangunan konstruksi temporer sehingga pada bulan ketiga setelah terjadinya bencana masyarakat masih terkatung-katung di dalam tenda pengungsian. Perlunya Neighborhood Service Center, fasilitas dengan konstruksi temporer yang mewadahi penanganan pasca bencana, yang mencakup kebutuhan logistik, medis, dan penanganan psikologis. Metode arsitektur bambu dapat dikatakan paling sesuai dengan kondisi pasca bencana. Bambu merupakan material yang menjadi kearifan lokal, dilihat dari keberadaannya sebagai material bangunan vernakular. Selain itu bambu dan konstruksinya paling sesuai dengan kondisi daerah yang rawan gempa.

The post-disaster recovery process that was carried out by the government had missed the phase of temporary construction so that in the third month after the disaster the community was still hanging around in the refugee camp. The need for Neighborhood Service Centers, facilities with temporary construction that accommodate post-disaster handling, which includes logistical, medical, and psychological handling needs. Bamboo architectural methods can be said to be most suitable for post-disaster conditions. Bamboo is a material that becomes local wisdom, seen from its existence as a vernacular building material. In addition, bamboo and its construction are best suited to the conditions of earthquake-prone areas.
