KONSEPSI MUSYAWARAH DALAM FORUM BADAN PENYELIDIK USAHA-USAHA PERSIAPAN KEMERDEKAAN (BPUPK) DITINJAU DARI FILSAFAT PANCASILA DRIYARKARA

Penelitian yang berjudul Konsepsi Musyawarah dalam Forum Badan Penyelidik Usaha-Usaha Persiapan Kemerdekaan (BPUPK) Ditinjau dari Filsafat Pancasila Driyarkara ini, bertujuan untuk menemukan model musyawarah yang dijalankan dalam forum BPUPK, menghasilkan model konstruksi adaptif tentang musyawarah berdasarkan Filsafat Pancasila Driyarkara dan menganalisis musyawarah BPUPK dari Filsafat Pancasila Driyarkara. Data dikumpulkan berdasarkan kepustakaan yang tersedia sambil memperhatikan relevansi dengan topik yang dibahas. Data yang tersedia kemudian diolah dengan metode sistematis reflektif dengan menggunakan unsur metodis berupa interpretasi, koherensi intern dan deskripsi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat tiga bentuk musyawarah, yaitu diskursus rasional untuk menemukan putusan yang bersifat jalan tengah, peran pemimpin sebagai pengambil putusan dari takhta untuk mempertebal pertalian batin masing-masing individu dan intervensi ilahi sebagai bakat untuk menyempurnakan diri. Konstruksi adaptif musyawarah berdasarkan Filsafat Pancasila Driyarkara menunjukkan bahwa logika musyawarah bergerak mengikuti cara pengenalan manusia yang bersifat surut ke belakang. Pola ini bertolak dari manusia yang kodratnya adalah cinta kasih dan selalu berelasi dengan struktur: AKU-ENGKAU. Analisis menujukkan bahwa terdapat tiga prinsip yang berlaku dalam musyawarah BPUPK, yaitu prinsip kemendesakan, kepercayaan dan indeterminasi. Ketiga prinsip itu yang membuktikan bahwa pola pengenalan manusia dalam musyawarah bergerak dari fakta adanya kebutuhan menuju kehendak untuk saling menyempurnakan sebagai persona.

The research entitled Conception of Deliberation in the Forum of Investigating Committee for Preparatory Work for Independence (BPUPK) in terms of the Philosophy of Pancasila Driyarkara, aims to find a model of deliberation carried out in the BPUPK forum, creating an adaptive construction model of deliberation based on Driyarkara's Philosophy of Pancasila and analyzing BPUPKI deliberations based on Driyarkara's Philosophy of Pancasila. Data is collected based on the available literature while paying attention to the relevance of the topics discussed. The available data is then processed with a systematic reflective method using methodical elements in the form of interpretation, internal coherence, and description. The results showed that there are three forms of deliberation, namely rational discourse to find decisions that are a middle way, the role of leaders as decision makers from the throne to strengthen the inner ties of each individual and divine intervention as a talent to perfect themselves. Adaptive construction deliberation based on the Philosophy of Pancasila Driyarkara shows that the logic of deliberation moves to follow the way of human recognition which is retroactive. This pattern departs from a man whose nature is love and is always related to the structure: I-YOU. The analysis shows that there are three principles that apply in the BPUPK deliberation, namely the principle of urgency, trust and ignorance. These three principles prove that the pattern of human recognition in deliberation moves from the fact that there is a need towards the will to perfect each other as a persona.
