PENENTUAN UNIT COST PADA INSTALASI BINATU MENGGUNAKAN METODE ACTIVITY BASED COSTING (Studi Kasus di RSUP Dr. Sardjito)

RSUP Dr. Sardjito merupakan salah satu badan layanan umum yang bergerak dalam bidang jasa pelayanan kesehatan. Penghitungan tarif unit cost sangat dibutuhkan rumah sakit sebagai dasar penentuan tarif layanan yang akan dibebankan ke pasien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membantu pihak Akuntansi dan Verifikasi RSUP Dr. Sardjito dalam penghitngan unit cost laundry untuk setiap pasien pada setiap unit pelayanan. Metode yang digunakan penulis dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif. Dalam perolehan data, penulis mengumpulkan data melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukan bahwa hasil penghitungan unit cost berdasarkan ABC memberikan hasil yang spesifik yaitu setiap pasien di setiap unit pelayanan dibebankan tarif yang berbeda-beda, sehingga pihak rumah sakit dapat membebankan tarif laundry per pasien berdasarkan tempat pelayanan yang dituju pasien. RSUP Dr. Sardjito is one of the public service agencies engaged in health services. Calculation of the unit cost rate is very much needed by the hospital as a basis for determining service rates that will be charged to patients. Accounting and Verification of RSUP Dr. Sardjito in the laundry fee for each patient in each service unit. The method used by the author in this study is a qualitative descriptive method. In approving the data, the authors collected data through interviews, observation and documentation. The results of the study show that the results of ABC unit cost calculations give specific results about each patient in each unit of service costs that are different, so that the hospital can charge the laundry fee per patient based on the place of service the patient is going to.
