Tren dan Prediksi Insiden Keselamatan Pasien di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Wates

2019 | Tugas Akhir | D3 REKAM MEDIS DAN INFORMASI KESEHATANLatar Belakang : Keselamatan pasien menjadi hal yang menarik dan perhatian di rumah sakit terutama insiden keselamatan pasien yang dapat memengaruhi citra rumah sakit karena dapat menurunkan kualitas mutu dari rumah sakit. Dalam hal ini, perekam medis memiliki peran dalam ketepatan mengidentifikasi pasien. Berdasarkan hasil studi pendahuluan di RSUD Wates terdapat 66 insiden keselamatan pasien pada tahun 2016-2017. Oleh karena itu, perlu mengetahui tren selama tahun 2016-2018 dan prediksi 1 tahun mendatang untuk memantau kejadian insiden sehingga dapat meningkatkan mutu pelayanan rumah sakit. Tujuan : Mengetahui tren dan prediksi Insiden Keselamatan Pasien di RSUD Wates. Metode : Jenis penelitian ini adalah penilitian kuantitatif dengan metode cross sectional deskriptif. Sampel pada penelitian ini yaitu seluruh laporan Insiden Keselamatan Pasien tahun 2016-2018. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik studi dokumentasi dengan instrumen penelitian yaitu lembar studi dokumentasi. Analisis univariat menggunakan cross sectional design. Hasil : Penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa tren angka Insiden Keselamatan Pasien berdasarkan mengalami penurunan dari tahun 2016-2018 dengan penurunan signifikan terjadi pada insiden Kondisi Nyaris Cedera (KNC) dari 93 insiden pada tahun 2016 menjadi 25 insiden pada tahun 2018. Dilihat dari tren yang menurun maka pada tahun berikutnya diprediksi akan mengalami penurunan. Kesimpulan : Tren dan prediksi insiden keselamatan pasien di RSUD Wates cenderung mengalami penurunan sebagai bukti adanya budaya keselamatan pasien yang terus meningkat. Background: The patient safety becomes an interesting thing in the hospital, especially when there is an incident of patient safety. It is because if the incident happens, it can affect the image of the hospital, which can bring down the quality of the hospital. In this case, the medical records have a role in identifying the patient correctly. Based on the result of a preliminary study in The Wates Hospital in the year of 2016 until 2017, there were 66 incidents of patient safety. Therefore, it is important to know the trends during 2016 until 2019 and the prediction for next year, in order to observe the incident so it can improve the quality of hospital services. Objective: To analyze the trend and the prediction of patient safety in The Wates Hospital. Methods: The method chosen to analyze this data is quantitative method with cross-sectional descriptive method. Therefore, the sample of this research is all of the incident of patient safety reports in 2016-2018. The data collected using documentation study technique with the research instrument which is documentation study sheet. Then, the univariate analysis is using the cross sectional design. Results: This study shows that the trend in the patient safety incidents decreased from 2016-2018 with a significant decrease in the incidence of near miss from 93 incidents in 2016 to 25 incidents in 2018. Judging from the decreased trend, so the next year is predicted neither. Conclusion: Trend and prediction of patient safety incidents in The Wates Hospital trends to be decreased as the evidence to proof that there is a working enhancement of safety patient.
