RULE BASED EXPERT SYSTEM PEMBAGIAN HARTA WARIS MENURUT KOMPILASI HUKUM ISLAM DI INDONESIA MENGGUNAKAN FORWARD CHAINING

Penerapan pembagian harta waris dalam masyarakat sering kali tercampur dengan adat istiadat. Ketidak pahaman pembagian harta waris dalam masyarakat menyebabkan kesalahan dalam penerapannya sehingga membutuhkan kemampuan pakar. Kompilasi Hukum Islam (KHI) telah menjelaskan hak pembagian waris sesuai dengan ketentuan dalam Islam sehingga dapat menjadi aturan dalam penelitian ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan membangun sebuah sistem pakar pembagian hak waris sesuai dengan KHI. Bahasa pemograman yang digunakan untuk mengkodekan sistem pakar berbasis aturan dengan Embarcadero Delphi XE8, serta SQLite digunakan untuk menyimpan kemampuan yang dimiliki oleh pakar. Proses penalaran yang dilakukan menggunakan metode penalaran Forward Chaining dengan menggunakan kaidah produksi (If-Then) dan Operator (and-Or). Hasil yang diharapkan dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah sistem pakar yang mampu melakukan pembagian harta waris sesuai dengan ketentuan dalam kompilasi hukum Islam. Pengujian melakukan perbandingan akurasi antara keputusan hakim dan hasil yang diperoleh sistem. Dari hasil pengujian didapatkan hasil akurasi kecocokan pada sistem terhadap keputusan hakim adalah 99.59%.. Proses pengujian, sistem yang dibangun menggunakan data perkara pembagian harta waris pada Pengadilan Agama.

Inheritance disposition assets in practice usually mixed with culture, Misunderstanding the Inheritance disposition in the community causes errors in its application so it requires expert skills. Kompilasi Hukum Islam (KHI) has explained the right of Inheritance disposition assets in accordance with the provisions in Islam so it can become a rule in this research. This research is to build an expert system for the Inheritance disposition assets according to KHI. The programming language used to encode a rule-based expert system is with Embarcadero Delphi XE8, and SQLite is used to store expert abilities. Reasoning is carried out using the Forward Chaining reasoning method using production rules (If-Then) and Operator (and-Or). The expected result of this research is an expert system Can distributing inheritance in accordance with KHI. The testing process, the system that was built had been tested using Inheritance disposition assets data case on Religious Courts, the results of the tests were made an accuracy comparison between the judge's decision and the system results The test conducts a comparison of accuracy between the judge's decision and the results obtained by the system. From the test results it was found that the accuracy of the match on the system against the judge's decision was 99.59%. The testing process, a system built using case data on the distribution of inheritance to the Religious Courts.
