PENGARUH MEDIA PRESENTASI DAN TEKANAN WAKTU TERHADAP PROSES PENGAMBILAN KEPUTUSAN DALAM UPAYA PENINGKATAN LABA PERUSAHAAN

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji efek dari penggunaan layar, kertas ataupun layar bersama kertas terhadap proses pengambilan keputusan dalam upaya meningkatkan laba perusahaan. Penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk menguji efek interaksi dari penggunaan layar, kertas ataupun layar bersama kertas dimoderasi oleh tekanan waktu terhadap proses pengambilan keputusan dalam upaya meningkatkan laba perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode campuran dengan desain quasi eksperimen dan sekuensial eksplanatori. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa penggunaan layar, kertas ataupun layar bersama kertas tidak berpengaruh terhadap pengambilan keputusan dalam upaya meningkatkan laba perusahaan, begitu pula efek interaksinya. Penggunaan layar, kertas ataupun layar bersama kertas yang dimoderasi tekanan waktu tidak berpengaruh terhadap pengambilan keputusan.

This study aims to examine the effects of using screens, paper or screen with paper on the decision-making process in an effort to increase company profits. This study also aims to examine the interaction effects of the use of screens, paper or screens with paper moderated by time pressure on the decision-making process in an effort to increase company profits. This study uses a mixed method with quasi-experimental and explanatory sequential design. The results of the study prove that the use of screen, paper or screen with paper does not affect the decision making in an effort to increase company profits, as well as the effect of the interaction. The use of screen, paper or screen with paper which is moderated by time pressure has no effect on decision making. Keywords: screen, paper, screen with paper, time pressure, and decision making
