SRAWUNG: STRATEGI INTEGRASI SOSIAL LAJNAH IMAILLAH JEMAAT AHMADIYAH INDONESIA DENGAN MASYARAKAT DI DAERAH ISTIMEWA YOGYAKARTA

Lajnah Imaillah adalah organisasi perempuan dari kelompok minoritas Jemaat Ahmadiyah Indonesia yang lekat dengan stigma negatif sebagai penyebar ajaran sesat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami integrasi sosial dan relasi yang terjadi antara Lajnah Imaillah dengan masyarakat di sekitarnya. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif studi kasus, penelitian ini mengambil data melalui proses wawancara mendalam kepada ketiga informan yang dipilih melalui proses purposive sampling. Proses interpretasi data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode analisis isi dan menunjukan hasil bahwa dalam membentuk integrasi sosial, proses asosiatif yang terjadi menonjolkan �srawung�, sebuah konsep relasi sosial Jawa, sebagai strategi penyelesaian konflik. Srawung yang dilakukan oleh organisasi mencakup proses relasi horizontal dengan aktif terlibat dalam kegiatan masyarakat dan juga relasi vertikal dengan menjalin hubungan baik dengan pemerintah dan aparat. Meskipun terdapat bebagai hambatan, Lajnah Imaillah memiliki harapan untuk menjadi bagian gerakan sosial kolektif dalam menciptakan kondisi lingkungan yang toleran.

Lajnah Imaillah was a women's organization belonged to the minority group of Jemaat Ahmadiyah Indonesia which was closely associated with the negative stigma as the spreader of heresy. This study aimed to understand the social integration that occurred between Lajnah Imaillah and their surrounding communities. Using a qualitative case study approach, this study took the data through an in-depth interview process to the three selected purposive sampling informants. The data were interpreted by using content analysis method (content analysis) and showed the result that in order to form social integration, the associative process that happened accentuating srawung, a concept of Javanese social relation, as the strategy of conflict resolution. Srawung that was conducted by the organization included a horizontal relations by actively engaging in community activities, as well as, vertical processes by maintaining the relation with the government and officials. Despite several obstacles, Lajnah Imaillah had some hope to be part of collective social movement in creating tolerant society.
