Perencanaan Pemilihan Excavator Kelas 20 Ton Berdasar Spesifikasi, Biaya, dan Produktivitas pada Proyek Settling Pond PT Adaro Indonesia

Proyek Settling Pond PT Adaro Indonesia merupakan upaya perbaikan pembuangan limbah air tambang agar endapan air tambang dapat mengendap pada settling pond. Proyek tersebut tentunya membutuhkan berbagai jenis alat berat khususnya excavator agar pekerjaan menjadi efektif dan efisien. Terdapat beberapa merek excavator yang mempunyai keunggulan masing - masing yang ditawarkan sales, sehingga perlu dilakukan perbandingan dalam pemilihan atau pembelian alat agar efektif dan efisien terhadap proyek yang dikerjakan. Skripsi ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui merek excavator yang efektif dan efisien berdasarkan parameter spesifikasi, biaya kepemilikan, biaya operasi, dan produktivitas excavator serta mengetahui faktor - faktor mempengaruhi pemilihan excavator. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan melakukan observasi langsung ke lapangan dan mengumpulkan data yang ada di lapangan. Dari segi spesifikasi, Hitachi ZX200 5G mempunyai spesifikasi yang paling tinggi diantara merek yang lain. Dari segi biaya kepemilikan dan operasi, Komatsu PC 200 - 8M0 mempunyai biaya yang paling rendah dengan biaya sebesar Rp 399.051,16 kemudian disusul Hitachi ZX200 5G sebesar Rp 418.677,54 dan Caterpillar 320D2 sebesar Rp 449.419,69. Dari produktivitas kerja, Hitachi ZX200 5G mempunyai produktivitas yang paling tinggi yaitu sebesar 110,15 m3/jam kemudian disusul Komatsu PC 200 - 8M0 sebesar 110,10 m3/jam dan Caterpillar 320D2 sebesar 104,25 m3/jam. Secara keseluruhan, Komatsu PC 200 - 8 M0 mempunyai biaya persatuan pekerjaan yang paling murah yaitu sebesar Rp 3.624,44/m3 kemudian disusul Hitachi ZX200 5G sebesar Rp 3.800,00/m3 dan Caterpillar 320D2 sebesar Rp 4.310,98/m3.

PT Adaro Indonesia Settling Pond Project is an effort to improve liquid waste in order to precipitate hazardous contaminants in settling pond. Project needs kind of heavy equipment especially excavator in order to be effective and efficient. There are brands of excavator which have each surplus which is offered by seller, so comparison must be done in electing or buying unit in order to be effective and efficient project. This mini thesis has goal for knowing effective and efficient excavator brand is based on specification, owning cost, operating cost, productivity, influencing factors in electing excavator brand. Research method which is used is observation and collecting data on field. Based on specification, Hitachi ZX200 5G is the best brand than others. Komatsu PC 200 - 8M0 is the cheapest brand (Rp 399.051,16) is based on owning and operating cost. Hitachi ZX200 5G is in second place (Rp 418.677,54) and Caterpillar 320 D2 is the most expensive (Rp 449.419,69). Hitachi ZX200 5G has the highest productivity than others (110,15 m3/hour). Komatsu PC 200 - 8M0 is in second place (110,10 m3/hour) and Caterpillar 320 D2 is the lowest (104,25 m3/hour). Over all, Komatsu PC 200 - 8M0 is the cheapest based cost per working unit (Rp 3.624,44/m3) than Hitachi ZX200 5G is in second place (Rp 3.800,00/m3) and Caterpillar 320 D2 is in third place (Rp 4.310,98/m3).
