PENGEMBANGAN FRONTEND ADMIN PADA SISTEM SMS MASKING BERBASIS WEB DI PT GAMATECHNO INDONESIA

Salah satu layanan yang dimiliki oleh PT Gamatechno adalah layanan SMS Masking. SMS Masking adalah layanan broadcast SMS dimana identitas pengirim yang muncul di layar ponsel penerima SMS dapat diubah sesuai dengan kebutuhan sehingga SMS tersebut tidak akan dianggap sebagai SMS yang tidak penting atau tidak jelas. Pada layanan SMS Masking terbagi menjadi dua bagian yaitu admin dan member. Admin bertugas untuk memenuhi kebutuhan member dan memantau proses SMS dari member. Tampilan admin pada sistem sebelumnya masih terlihat rumit dan sulit untuk digunakan. Selain itu informasi yang ditampilkan pada sistem sebelumnya belum lengkap karena data yang dimiliki masih kurang. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, diperlukan pembenahan sistem yang dapat membantu dan mempermudah admin dalam memenuhi kebutuhan member dan memantau member. Sistem ini dibangun dengan framework Laravel dan menggunakan MySQL sebagai DBMS. Sistem ini telah selesai dibangun dan dapat membantu admin mengetahui informasi mengenai proses SMS Masking yang dilakukan oleh member sehingga admin tahu apa saja yang dibutuhkan member. Sistem ini dapat menangani penambahan operator, penambahan prefix, dan penambahan provider layanan SMS Masking.

One of the services owned by PT Gamatechno is SMS Masking service. SMS Masking is an SMS broadcast service where the identity of the sender appearing on the SMS recipient's phone screen can be changed according to the requirement so that the SMS will not be considered as an unimportant or unclear SMS. In the SMS Masking service is divided into two parts namely admin and member. Admin served to meet the needs of members and monitor the SMS process from the member. The admin view on the previous system still looks complicated and difficult to use. In addition, the information displayed on the previous system is not complete because the data is still lacking. To overcome these problems, it is required a system that can help and facilitate the admin in meeting the needs and monitor the members. The system is built with the Laravel framework and uses MySQL as the DBMS. This system has been built and can help the admin know the information about the process of SMS Masking done by the member so that the admin knows what is required by member. This system can handle the addition of operators, the addition of prefix, and the addition of SMS Masking service provider.
