POTENSI KEBUN RAYA BOGOR SEBAGAI DAYA TARIK WISATA EDUKASI DI KOTA BOGOR, JAWA BARAT

Tujuan penulisan adalah untuk mengetahui potensi Kebun Raya Bogor sebagai daya tarik wisata edukasi. Dalam penulisan Laporan Tugas akhir ini penulis menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data dengancara observasi, wawancara dan studi pustaka. Data yang terkumpul kemudian disusun menurut permasalahan yang dikaji. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Kebun Raya Bogor memiliki daya tarik yang dapat dikelompokkan menjadi tiga di antaranya adalah daya tarik flora, daya tarik monumen, dan daya tarik landsekap. Sementara potensi Kebun Raya Bogor sebagai daya tarik wisata edukasi dapat dapat dilihat dari tiga elemen penyusun Kebun Raya Bogor diantaranya berdasarkan tourist elemen yang mencakup jumlah pengunjung setiap tahunnya, nuclei elemen yang mencakup fasilitas maupun atraksi yang dimiliki Kebun Raya Bogor sebagai pendukung daya tarik wisata edukasi. Elemen yang terakhir adalah marker yang mencakup informasi mengenai Kebun Raya Bogor. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Kebun Raya Bogor cukup memenuhi kriteria sebagai wisata edukasi dilihat dari jumlah pengunjung dan fasilitas yang mendukung wisata edukasi.

The purpose of this research is to determine the potential of Bogor Botanical Garden as an educational tourism attraction. In the writing of this final report, the authors use data collection techniques by way of observation, interview and literature study. The collected data is then analyzed lesth descriptive method. The results showed that the Bogor Botanical Garden has an appeal that can be grouped into three attraction. Which are the attraction of floras, the attraction of the monument, and the attractiveness of the landscape. While the potential of Bogor Botanical Garden as an educational tourism attraction can be seen from the three elements of Bogor Botanical Garden compilers are based on tourist elements that include the number of visitors each year, nuclear elements that include facilities and attractions as a supporter of educational tourism attraction. The last element is a marker that includes information about the Bogor Botanical Garden. The conclusion of this research indicates that Bogor Botanical Garden is enough to meet the criteria as educational tour, that can be seen from the number of visitors and facilities that support educational tour.
