ANALISIS DAYA DUKUNG KAWASAN WISATA UMBUL PONGGOK DESA PONGGOK KECAMATAN POLANHARJO KABUPATEN KLATEN

Umbul Ponggok merupakan objek wisata yang memanfaatkan sumber daya alam berupa mata air sebagai sumber daya pariwisatanya. Sebagai objek wisata yang memanfaatkan sumber daya alam sebagai sumber daya pariwisata harus mampu menjaga kelestarian lingkungan objek wisata agar tidak terjadi kerusakan serta tidak menurunkan tingkat kenyamanan wisatawan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui nilai daya dukung wisata Umbul Ponggok, yaitu jumlah maksimal wisatawan yang dapat ditampung oleh Umbul Ponggok dan persepsi wisatawan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian diskriptif kuantitatif, dengan teknik pengolahan data menggunakan metode Cifuentes, yakni dengan menghitung daya dukung fisik (PCC), daya dukung riil (RCC), dan daya dukung efektif (ECC). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian maka didapat nilai daya dukung fisik sebesar 536/hari, daya dukung rill sebesar 213/hari, dan daya dukung efektif sebesar 178/hari. Diperoleh persamaan PCC > RCC > ECC dengan nilai 536 > 213 >178, artinya obyek tersebut tidak mampu menampung jumlah yang melebihi dari nilai tersebut. Namun, pada praktiknya jumlah kunjungan sudah melebihi batas daya dukung,yang apabila tidak segera dilakukan tindakan yang tepat objek tersebut akan mengalami penurunan kualitas. Persepsi wisatawan terhadap kenyamanan masih bagus. Persepsi wisatawan terhadap kualitas objek wisata termasuk baik dengan nilai rata-rata 24,06. Persepsi wisatawan terhadap kenyamanan fasilitas, akomodasi, amenitas dan aksesbilitas adalah wisatawan merasa nyaman dengan nilai rata-rata 51,66. Persepsi wisatawan terhadap kepuasan pengelolaan dan pelayanan adalah wisatawan merasa puas dengan rata-rata nilai 25,94.

Umbul Ponggok is a tourist destination which exploits nature resource of spring as the tourism resource. As a nature-based tourist destination which exploits nature resource as the resource, this tourist destination must be capable taking care of longlasting environment of tourism destination in order to prevent of damage and not to reduce a degree of tourists comfort. The aim of this research is to find out the value tourism carrying capacity of Umbul Ponggok. They are the number of tourists maximum that is able to be accommodated by Umbul Ponggok and tourist perception. The method used is descriptive quantitative research method and for data processing used method of Cifuentes, by calculating the physical carrying capacity (PCC), the real carrying capacity (RCC), and the effective carrying capacity (ECC). Based on the research results obtained physical carrying capacity is 536/day, the real carrying capacity is 213/day, and the effective carrying capacity is 178/day. The equation PCC> RCC> ECC with a value of 536> 213> 178, meaning that the object is not able to accommodate the amount in excess of that value. However, in practice, the number of visits has exceeded the carrying capacity, which if not immediately carried out appropriate action the object will experience a decrease in quality. The tourists' perception of comfort is still good. The tourists' perception of the quality of tourist attractions including both with an average value of 24.06. The tourists' perception of comfort facilities, accommodation, amenities and accessibility are the tourists feel comfortable with the average value of 51.66. The tourist perception of management and service satisfaction is that tourists are satisfied with an average value of 25.94.
