SPIRITUALITAS DI TEMPAT KERJA SEBUAH STUDI KASUS DI PO HARYANTO

2014 | Skripsi |The purpose of this study was to determine the spirituality in the workplace at PO Haryanto. The study explored the dynamics of spirituality in the workplace on employees who work in the workplace PO Haryanto. This study used a qualitative case study with data collection methods such as observation and interviews. Primary data is sourced from six study subjects consisted of a business owner and five employees of the company. The results showed spirituality at PO Haryanto raises three main aspects, namely, the meaning of work, family and ministry. on aspects of the job meaning there is a difference between the sixth subject. This occurs because of factors accomplishments they achieved during the work. Then in the second aspect of the six subjects showed that co-workers are part of a family. From the aspect of service of six subjects understand the purpose of the company they work for that service is one of the important factors of PO Haryanto. Viewed as an organization, PO Haryanto has a policy which gives employees the opportunity to express their spirituality in the workplace through policies that are religious. From this study it can be concluded that the application of spirituality in the workplace on workplace PO Haryanto implemented through a strong religious environment in the workplace. Spirituality at PO Haryanto occurs through an understanding of religion. Through faith in the working environment and then provide an understanding of the work, and connections to community organizations. Making of the work on the research achievement is influenced by factors of work and view the work. Keywords: Spirituality, Spirituality in the workplace, PO Haryanto, religious, religion.
