PENILAIAN KEADILAN DALAM PEMBERIAN IMBALAN DI RUMAH SAKIT PW PURWOREJO

This qualitative case study research was aimed to understand employees judgement toward justice in reward system in PW hospital, Purworejo. The result ilustrated the understanding about employees’s justice judgement in PW hospital. Employees’s judgement could be a consideration for PW hospital to make a better reward system or work system. This research was a single case study with connected multianalysis, that was case or program which consist individual analysis. Informan whom included in this research were 9 people. This research used several data collection method, that were documentation, interview, and observation. Analysis was done through several technique, Direct Interpretation, Pattern, dan Naturalistic generalization. Researcher colaborated data from each informan, interpreted, made pattern, and analyzed totally. The result showed that researcher found several types of employees’s judgement toward reward system. The first judgement was distributive justice, second prosedural justice, and the last were interpersonal justice and informational justice. Interpersonal justice judgement was antesedent for distributive justice judgement, whereas informational justice judgement was antesedent for prosedural justice judgement. Researcher also found several factor that affect employees’s judgement when they received their reward. Those factor were : work experience and information based on the experience, employees’s hope, work satisfaction, and relation with leader.
