The phenomenological research approach was directed to understand how employment’s self identification and the aim of shaping self identity experiences in organization restructuring process. In-depth interviews were employed in this phenomenological research, conducted with ten employments chosen by theoretical sampling. The process of analyzing and interpreting data included: (1). Understanding of significant statement, (2). Meanings of statement, (3). Themesof meanings and, (4). Exhaustive description. Verification of study result used member checks and external audits. From that process’, found four aims of shaping identity in organizational restructuring process, and also the meaning of identity, such as: (1) Learner, (2). Submit to one’s fate, (3). Flexibility active and, (4). Sect. In that all of identity have unique implication toward employment behavior in organization.
