The previous models, i.e., rabies models in wildlife animals, rabies models in dogs and rabies models in humans, are extended by considering the effect of vaccination, culling and sterilization in the models to get some new rabies infection models. The new models are then analyzed to determine the stability of their equilibrium points. The methods used to study the stability of the equilibrium point are the next generation matrix and linearization. In this thesis we study the stability analysis of rabies infection models between dogs and human with vaccination effect, stability analysis of rabies infection model among wild dogs, domestic dogs and human with the effect of vaccination and culling in dogs, stability analysis of rabies model in animals with the effect of vaccination and sterilization.
