2015 | Skripsi | FMIPA UGMCharacterization of humin, humic acid, and fulvic acid fractions on CRH (Carbonized Rice Husk) and synthetic humus have been carried out by using on IHSS (International Humic Substances Society) method that modified for quantitative analysis and for analysis qualitative by spectrophotometry FT-IR and to elucidate structure humin synthetic by spectrophotometry 13C-NMR solid state. The result of quantitative analysis of humin CRH fraction was 91.80% and 69.00% for humin synthetic fraction. The result of quantitative analysis of humic acid CRH fraction was 0.56% and 3.40% for humic acid synthetic fractio. The result of quantitative analysis of fulvic acid CRH fraction and other components was 9.44% and 27,6% for fulvic acid synthetic fraction and other components. Characterization of qualitative analysis spectrophotometry FT-IR of CRH and humus synthetic have a similar spectra framework. It caused the presence of five similar peaks spectra framework mainly stretching vibration of O-H, stretching vibration of C-H, stretching vibration of C=O, stretching vibration of C-O, and vibration M-O. Characterization of qualitative analysis humin synthetic spectra 13C-NMR solid state conducted some peaks indicating that constituent of synthetic humus has similiar to the Hayes concept. The chemical shift were 32 ppm from aliphatic at lipid component, 76 ppm from C-O at carbohydrate component, 106 ppm from C-H aromatic at host component, 132 ppm from C-H aromatic at host component, and 206 ppm from C=O at protein component. Based on property characterization could be concluded that it has occured assosiation of molecules carbohydrate, protein, lipid at a host molecule as aromatic compound and have carbonyl function group dominantly.
