Research on identification difference intheconcentration of contrast media by using Translation Profiler has been done. Contrast media is a compound that is used to improve the visualization(visibility)of internal structures in a medical diagnostic imaging. The aims of th eexperiment were to assess the ability of Translation Profiler systems in order to identify the contrast medium absorption coefficient based on difference concentration. Tests conducted on the concentration of 10%–100%. Concentration of contrast media are identified based on the graph to obtain the absorption profile of the linear absorption coefficient (?) of all concentration. Research objective was to assesstheability of Translation Profiler. The results on the graph of the image profile for X-ray generator voltage(kV) distribution and the graph shows the difference in radiation absorption profile ? between concentration 10%–100% of media contrast. Based on the Computed Radiography,changes in concentration can be identified at 35kV voltage. Significant difference was obtained at a concentration of 60%.
