GAMBARAN HISTOPATOLOGI HATI DAN GINJAL AYAM BROILER (Gallus domesticus) YANG DIBERI AGRIMINOVIT®

Agriminovit® merupakan vitamin dan asam amino tambahan yang diberikan pada hewan ternak. Kombinasi vitamin dan asam amino dalam Agriminovit® memiliki manfaat untuk mengatasi stres dan meningkatkan kualitas produksi namun efek terhadap hati dan ginjal pada pemberian yang melebihi dosis perlu dikaji. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran histopatologi organ hati dan ginjal ayam broiler yang telah diberi Agriminovit® dengan dosis 0,5 gram / 2 L; 1 gram / 2 L; dan 1,5 gram / 2 L. Sebanyak seratus ekor DOC jantan Strain Lohmann (MB 202) dibagi dalam empat kelompok yang terdiri dari satu kelompok kontrol tanpa Agriminovit® dan tiga kelompok perlakuan yang masing-masing diberi Agriminovit® dengan dosis 0,5 gram / 2 L; 1 gram / 2 L; dan 1,5 gram / 2 L air minum. Pada akhir penelitian dilakukan pemanenan dan ayam disembelih sesuai prosedur yang halal. Pemilihan ayam secara random, masing-masing perlakuan 3 ekor ayam yang akan diambil organ hari dan ginjalnya, dengan total 12 organ hati dan 12 organ ginjal yang kemudian digunakan sebagai sampel organ histopatologi yang akan diamati. Hasil pengamatan gambaran histopatologi pasca pemberian Agriminovit® dengan dosis 0,5 gram / 2 L (PI) tidak menimbulkan efek yang berarti dengan perlakuan kontrol karena masih terdapat gambaran histopatologi organ hati dan ginjal berupa infiltrasi sel radang, degenerasi vacuola, hemorrhagic, dan nekrosis. Pemberian Agriminovit® dengan dosis 1 gram / 2 L (PII) memberikan efek yang berarti pada organ hati dan ginjal ayam yaitu berkurangnya peradangan dan nekrosis. Pemberian Agriminovit® dengan dosis 1,5 gram / 2 L (PIII) memberikan efek protektif terhadap organ hati dan ginjal.

Agriminovit® is a supplement of vitamin and amino acids given to farm animals. The combination of vitamins and amino acids in Agriminovit® have benefits to dealing with stress and improve the quality of production, but the effects on the liver and kidney at gifts that exceed the dosage needs to be studied. The purpose of this study is to know the histopathology overview of liver and kidney of broiler that had been given feed additive Agriminovit® at a dose of 0.5 gram / 2 L, 1 gram / 2 L, and 1.5 grams / 2 L. One hundred males DOC Strain Lohmann (MB 202) were divided into four groups consisting of a control group without Agriminovit® and three treatment groups were each given a Agriminovit® at a dose of 0.5 gram / 2 L, 1 gram / 2 L, and 1.5 gram / 2 L through drinking water. At the end of the study the broiler were harvested and slaughtered accorded to the halal procedures. Random samples of chicken were selected, three chickens of each treatment. The liver and spleen of the sample selected were taken, with a total of 12 livers and 12 kidneys then used as histopathology organ samples to be observed. The result of histopathology observation after Agriminovit ® at a dose of 0.5 gram / 2 L (PI) given to the broiler did not result in significant effects to the control treatment as the histopathological change of the liver and kidneys only presence infiltration of inflammatory cells, vacuolization degeneration, hemorrhagic, and necrosis. Providing Agriminovit® at a dose of 1 gram / 2 L (PII) given a significant effect on the liver and kidneys of chicken that was reduced inflammation and necrosis. Provided Agriminovit® at a dose of 1.5 gram / 2 L (PIII) resulted a protective effect of liver and kidney.
