PENGUJIAN KESEREMPAKAN PEMUTUS TENAGA (PMT) 70 KV THREE POLE DI GARDU INDUK PLTA SENGGURUH PT.PJB UP BRANTAS

Sebagai peralatan sakelar/switching PMT berfungi penting untuk melindungi peralatan-peralatan listrik dari adanya arus gangguan. Untuk menjaga keandalan kerja dari PMT, maka dilakukan pengujian keserempakan pada PMT tersebut. Pengujian Keserempakan bertujuan untuk mengukur kecepatan waktu kerja PMT untuk buka (trip) dan tutup (close). Dari hasil pengukuran tersebut, kecepatan waktu kerja PMT antar fasa tidak boleh memiliki perbedaan waktu yang besar. Berdasarkan standar PLN SK/114/DIR/2010, perbedaan waktu (delta t) tidak boleh lebih dari 10 milidetik. Dari hasil pengujian keserempakan di PLTA Sengguruh didapatkan hasil delta t untuk PMT No.1 pada waktu buka sebesar 0,6 milidetik dan untuk waktu tutup sebesar 0,6 milidetik. Sedangkan pada PMT No.2 didapat hasil delta t untuk waktu buka sebesar 0,6 milidetik dan untuk waktu tutup sebesar 0,9 milidetik. Dari hasil pengujian didapat nilai delta t kurang dari 10 milidetik, sehingga bisa dikatakan PMT No.1 dan No.2 masih dalam kondisi baik.

As a switching equipment, Circuit Breaker (CB) is an important tool to protect electrical equipment from the fault current. To maintain the reliability the work of Circuit Breaker, then peformed simultaneous test on the Circuit breaker. Simultaneous Testing aims to measure the velocity of Circuit Breaker's working time for open (trip) and close. From the results of these measurements, the velocity of Circuit Breakers working time between phase, should not have a large time difference. Based on PLN standard SK/114/DIR/2010, the time difference(delta t) should not exceed 10 milliseconds. From the results of simultaneous testing in Sengguruh Hydropower Plant obtained results of delta t for CB No.1 on the open time is 0.6 milliseconds and for closing time is 0.6 milliseconds. While in the CB No.2 obtained results of delta t for the open time is 0.6 milliseconds and for closing time is 0.9 milliseconds. From the test results the obtained values of delta t is less than 10 milliseconds, so it can be said CB No. 1 and No. 2 are still in good condition.
