Pembuatan Panel Kontrol Mesin Press Bolt di PT.IGP Dengan Sistem Kontrol Berbasis PLC

Front hub adalah sebuah komponen pada kendaraan roda 4 atau lebih yang berfungsi untuk menyalurkan beban kendaraan pada roda sebagai titik tumpu melalui sejumlah baut pada front hub. Baut tersebut dipasang dengan menggunakan tekanan dari mesin press bolt. Ketika sistem kontrol mesin tersebut mengalami kerusakan menyebabkan mesin tidak dapat beroperasi secara otomatis. Panel kontrol mesin tersebut masih menggunakan sistem relay dan tidak dilengkapi dengan diagram kabel sehingga teknisi tidak dapat memperbaikinya. Panel kontrol baru dengan sistem kontrol berbasis PLC dibutuhkan untuk menggantikan panel kontrol yang lama. Pembuatan panel kontrol baru dilengkapi dengan pembuatan diagram kabel dan diagram tangga PLC. Pembuatan sistem kontrol menggunakan PLC Mitsubishi FX3U-48M. Dengan penggantian panel kontrol mesin tersebut diharapkan akan mampu membuat mesin beroperasi secara otomatis sehingga dapat menurunkan cycle time operator. Kontrol panel mesin juga dilengkapi dengan diagram kabel sehingga mesin dapat bekerja dan diperbaiki dengan lebih mudah.

Front hub is a component of a 4 wheels vehicles. The function is to forward weight of vehicle into wheels as the fulcrum through a few of bolts in front hub. That bolts was assembled by press bolt machine's pressure. When the machine's control system was broken, therefore it couldn't works automatically. The machine's control panel used relay system and it didn't fully equipped with wiring diagram, therefore technician couldn't fixed it. A new control panel based on PLC control system is needed to replace the old control panel. The making of new control panel is equipped with wiring diagram and PLC ladder diagram. The control system was made using PLC Mitsubishi FX3U-48M. This changing expectation is to make this machine works automatically, therefore it could reduce the man power's cycle time. The machine's control panel also equipped with wiring diagram therefore it could run and fix easier .
