MAS successfully framing the social, political and economic problems of coca growers and mobilizing resources for the benefit of the coca farmers thereby increasing the number of political participation of coca farmer that support Evo Morales. Evo Morales's victory is also a new milestone in Bolivia, because for the first time representatives of indigenous groups successfully govern after successfully through a long series of struggles against racial discrimination therewith political and economic inequality that they face since Spanish colonialism. Evo Morales's victory put an end to the authoritarian regime in Bolivia is also shown that the framing of ideas by certain interest groups as well as resource mobilization to change the system becomes more democratic authoritarian
