There are many diverse actors in international relations now, start from political elite whom bring the interest of their country until the individuals or groups which standing for their interests. Sex workers in Europe are no exceptions. On 15th- 17th October 2005, they held a conference which had theme sex workers’ right and endorsed a Declaration of the Rights of Sex Workers in Europe to European Parliament. That phenomenon signed sex workers which always discriminated both socially and politically can be actor for their rights through a social movement and taking the advantage of European Union regionalism. Therefore, this thesis will look at the struggle of sex workers as actor of international relations to bring the issue of sex workers’ right in European politics.
