PURWARUPA SISTEM AKSES LABORATORIUM MENGGUNAKAN RADIO FREQUENCY IDENTIFICATION (RFID) BERBASIS ARDUINO MEGA 2560

Pembuatan purwarupa sistem akses laboratorium menggunakan kartu mahasiswa berbasis Arduino Mega 2560 bertujuan untuk mendata pengguna ruang laboratorium sehingga pengguna yang tidak terdaftar dalam database tidak dapat masuk ruang laboratorium. Purwarupa ini juga sebagai absensi bagi pengguna laboratorium. Sistem akses laboratorium dapat diimplementasikan menggunakan Arduino Mega. Pengguna laboratorium terlebih dahulu melakukan registrasi melalui aplikasi akses laboratorium pada menu registrasi mahasiswa atau registrasi karyawan. Data yang telah disimpan melalui menu registrasi adalah data pengguna laboratorium yang dapat melakukan akses masuk ruang laboratorium. Saat melakukan akses masuk ruang laboratorium, maka admin harus memilih tombol akses masuk laboratorium kemudian mengkoneksikan sistem dengan aplikasi. Setelah sistem terkoneksi pengguna laboratorium menempelkan tag pada reader maka data akan muncul pada tabel dan pintu masuk laboratorium akan terbuka. Pada saat melakukan akses keluar laboratorium menggunakan pintu keluar, pintu akan terbuka secara otomatis saat cahaya LED pada sensor terhalang. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem akses laboratorium bekerja sesuai dengan fungsinya , di mana fungsi ini adalah komunikasi antara aplikasi antarmuka dengan purwarupa pintu. Dengan sistem ini maka pengguna laboratorium yang masuk ruang laboratorium dapat tercatat dengan baik. Data pengunjung ruang laboratorium dapat dijadikan sebagai absensi praktikan dan asisten kerja laboratorium.

The purpose of the making of prototype of laboratory access system using student card based on Arduino Mega 2560 is to record laboratorys user space, so that the unregistered user can not access the laboratory room. This prototype is also as a attendance for laboratory users. Laboratory access systems can be implemented using Arduino Mega. Laboratory users first register through a laboratory access application on the student or employee registration menu.The data that has been stored through the registration menu is the data of laboratory users who can access the laboratory room. The administrator must select Laboratory access key and then connect the system to the application to accessing the laboratory room. After the sistem is connected, laboratoty users attach tag to reader, then data will appear on the table and the door will open. If the Laboratory user want to go out , the door will open automatically at the LED light on the sensor is blocked. The test results shows that the laboratory access system works as its function, where this function is communication between the interface application with the prototype of the door. This system give possibilities to record laboratory visitors and user properly. The data of the laboratory visitors can be used as practitioner's attendance and laboratory assistant.
