PENAMBAHAN LINE BARU UNTUK MEMANFAATKAN KONDENSAT DAN DESTILAT WATER SAMPLING PADA DESALINATION PLANT

INTISARI Pada PT Indonesia Power UJP PLTGU Cilegon kebutuhan air kondensat dan air destilat sangatlah tinggi untuk memenuhi kebutuhan unit, maka dalam penggunaannya harus di gunakan secara efisien yaitu dengan cara memanfaatkan kembali condensate dan distillate water sampling. Pemanfaatan condensate dan distillate water sampling dilakukan dengan cara membuat line atau saluran pipa baru ke suction pompa masing masing, yaitu ke suction condensate pump dan distillat pump. Dimana suction condensate pump dan distillat pump yang bersifat vakum karena dilengkapi dengan equalizing line yang menghubungkan dengan ruang vakum di evaporator. Sehingga condensate dan distilate water sampling akan mengalir ke suction pompa masing-masing dan tidak terbuang ke parit / pit. Setelah dilakukan analisa, tentang apa yang di perlukan untuk membuat saluran baru yaitu sight glass flow indicator yang berfungsi untuk mengetahui jika sistem terganggu sehingga tidak terjadi aliran pada sistem line baru sehingga dengan cepat dapat diperbaiki. Selain itu juga perlu valve-valve untuk mengatur sirkulasi aliran dan drain pada sistem. Selain itu juga akan dibuat intruksi kerja untuk pengoperasian sistem line atau saluran baru pada desalination plant, karena jika pengoperasian tidak sesuai SOP (Standard Operational Procedure) conductivity akan tinggi. Dengan di buatnya line atau saluran baru ini, kebiasaan membuang kondensat dan destilat water sampling dapat dihindari, sehingga tidak menimbulkan kerugian finansial bagi perusahaan. ABSTRACT In PT Indonesia Power UJP PLTGU Cilegon needs condensate water and distilled water is very high to meet the needs of the unit, then in use should be used efficiently by re-utilizing condensate and distillate water sampling. Utilization of condensate and distillate water sampling is done by making a new line or pipeline to suction pump each, that is to suction condensate pump and distillat pump. Where suction condensate pump and distillat pump are vacuum because it is equipped with equalizing line that connects with vacuum chamber in evaporator. So that condensate and distillate water sampling will flow into suction pump respectively and not wasted to ditch / pit. After the analysis, what is needed to create a new channel that is the sight glass flow indicator that serves to know if the system is interrupted so that no flow occurs in the new line system so that it can quickly be repaired. In addition it also needs valve-valve to regulate the flow and drain circulation in the system. In addition, work instructions will be performed for the operation of line systems or new channels in the desalination plant, because if the operation is not in compliance with the standard operating procedure the conductivity will be high. By making this line or new channel, the habit of disposing of condensate and distillate water sampling can be avoided, so as not to cause financial loss for the company.
